You get what you pay for, the staff are really friendly and helpful. The location is brilliant with on street parking in a nice area and a great aprk over the road. They leave breakfast outside the room in a bag which I did not eat cos I don.t drink milk but it is a bonus if you like cereal....

We arrived to this hotel late in the evening on the 13th of august. Exhausted by our day trip, we were delighted to get to the hotel and finally have a rest... but... at our arrival the the guy at the reception informed us that our reservation (made a month 1/2 earlier) was no longer and that their banking company...

Located in what appears to be a rough area of town. Website states they have free parking but in reality there is no parking included with the hotel it is at your own risk in the street. The rooms are tattered and the bed linens smell like the worst cheesy feet! As the door doesn't lock properly twice in the...

what should we say!? It was horrible... to expensive for nothing... the shower was not working, the breakfast was ridiculous (a pack of cornflakes laid in front of the room door), it was loud (a street in front and a loud ventilation) and the staff was completely unkind. DO NOT BOOK A ROOM IN THIS HOTEL!

Was delighted to get tickets for the Robbie Williams concert at Hampden Park on 25th June for myself, a friend and our two daughters. So in November I booked a family room in this hotel so we could walk back after the concert (had previously been to a concert at Hampden and knew what a nightmare it is to get...

Booked this hotel in Jan 2013 for the night of the Robbie Williams concert 25th June. I also received an e-mail the afternoon before telling me that my booking had also been cancelled as the card I had used was no longer in use. This establishment had decided that they would take full payment despite my booking stating the balance...

My friend booked a nights accommodation with this hotel nearly 7 months ago for two adults and two children for 25th June - the night of the Robbie Williams concert at Hampden. The day before (24th June) she received an email stating that due to the credit card she used to secure the booking having expired some months ago, her...

We stayed here for a family wedding, and it was much better than we expected. The hotel was easy to find from the M74, and we were able to park almost outside the door. The room was huge with a lovely big bay window overlooking the park.Clean towels and soap were provided for each person, and the small shower room was...

We stayed here on 25th June for the Robbie Williams gig at Hampden Park. Booked a private twin room back in November when the tickets went on sale via booking.com as that was all that was left. When we went to check in, there was a huge cue of disgruntled people waiting to check in. As there was apparently a...
