Have stayed here a few times over the last couple of years working locally. The hotel is usual good Premier Inn standard with good staff and comfortable rooms. Good location as only a ten minute walk to city centre. Ample free car parking, excellent breakfast next day but remember to book a table if having dinner as restaurant gets busy.Recommended!

Carpets were really grubby - no where to store clothes except for 6 hangers. Tea making facilities at the same point of hairdryer - toilet roll very poor quality. Total revamp needed. Apart from all this the service was excellent and we had a very good night's sleep.

For a so called 'budget' hotel I found this hotel very good. The room was excellent, clean and quiet and I had two good nights sleep. The restaurant was good and had both breakfast and evening meal there. I would definitely recommend this hotel.

For a 'budget' hotel I found this to be a very nice, well maintained hotel with helpful friendly staff. The room was clean and quiet and usually I am a light sleeper but I had a great couple of nights sleep. Had both an evening meal and breakfast in the restaurant and both were very well prepared and of good...

Thought I would stay a night in the Gorbals hotel. Very surprised I was, room 3 which is in the new section was a very comfortable ground floor room. No noise from outside which was surprising as it is on a busy main road. Very new modern flat tv but the bonus was below the tv in the wall was...

Had a very nice stay, this hotel was closer to the Central train station than we originally thought, nice walk to it after our stay. Very nice happy staff, but the chef could do with a bit more practice cooking steak. cannot fault it otherwise. We would definitely use this one again.

This hotel is a 15 minute walk into the centre of Glasgow. The car park is free and is a 40 min walk to secc or £6 taxi drive. The room was clean, we had a twin room which was a double bed plus a single. The room only had a shower but did cause an issue for us. We...

Standard, clean and well maintained room. Excellently positioned if you are visiting the Citizen's theatre which is 5 minutes away. No traffic noise, despite being near busy road. Free car parking, free wifi and within walking distance of the river and the city centre. What's not to like?

Enjoyable weekend in the city thanks to a nice stay at this hotel. Staff friendly and we used the bar but only didn't use restaurant as the city needed exploring. Being walking distance to the city was a bonus. Very nice sized room with a large window and view. It has everything we needed.

What can bring a hotel name to its knees? The restaurant! The so named 'Thyme' restaurant in Premier Inn hotels are it's downfall in my opinion. Rooms are what they are; spacious (a plus) the bed is mediocre, no bath (down side). Bedside tables and room furniture are from Argos? It looks like it. Ok the 'restaurant' ..... it is...

Hi Neil Thanks for taking the time to share your review. It's a shame to read of your disappointment with your stay, particularly with the restaurant and the food that you had. I've passed your comments on to the Restaurant Manager so that they can follow this up internally and implement any necessary actions and retraining to ensure your experience...
