Five-stars! Amazing location, walking distance to everything. Staff was always very friendly and eager to assist guests. They even loaned me a charger because I forgot mine. One recommendation would be to ask for a quiet room - some of them overlook the street and can be loud. Overall though I highly recommend this hotel.

Stayed while on a theatre trip to Glasgow. Well situated in the city centre for accessing theatres, bars and restaurants. We paid a good price for the studio apartment which was spacious and well appointed . A good sized bathroom with good quality toiletries. It was a excellent stay and would stay here again

The hotel staff was engaging and pleasant. They were quick to recommend the "must sees" and explain the history of the building. The room was quite large and would be ideal for the traveller that wants to save money by preparing their own meals. The shower was by far the best part of the room. Although a little shabby, it... Our family stayed in two different suites. Each was a 2 bedroom that was spacious and well furnished. One of the suites had extraordinary view of old clock towers the other looked at an ugly building. Would be great for an extended stay.

I stayed here for two nights with a friend and felt so completely comfortable and at home I would happily live there! The staff were fabulous! So friendly and helpful ,nothing was too much trouble. Let me get the negatives out of the way. No air con (does it ever get that hot in Glasgow?0, view from the window is a multi storey car park - less than 10 feet away. The floor above had creaky floorboards and the wi-fi was average speed (but free), oh and the TV reception was a bit patchy So... More

We had a delightful stay at the Fraser Suites in Glasgow. It was 1-2 blocks from several excellent restaurants, a short (4-6 block) walk to Queen St. Station for the 45-minute express train to Edinburgh, and had all the modern conveniences. The front desk staff was exceptional in making restaurant recommendations (and getting us discounts), giving travel directions, arranging for... More

Stayed here with a group of girls. Location is really good, bars and clubs close by ( even though when we asked a member of staff on Saturday night that we would like to stay around, where he would recommend, he advised us to get taxis , and while walking back that night we realised there were loads of bars... We stayed two nights in early May. The hotel is in an older building but has been remodeled inside. The room was fine, but the view was of the wall of the parking garage next door. But, the given the cost of the room, this was a great value. As I mentioned, the parking garage is next door and the... More
