A nine night stay in September was only made bearable by the staff (Bar, Reception and Maintenance) who tried their level best to fix the many deficiencies I encountered when they were able. These would include: a mattress down to the wire mesh and an elderly TV which broke down and was changed three times with only a limited number...

Had booked hotel for 2 nights as Hydro concert first night and was looking forward to another day of Glasgow shopping and dining, however decided to leave hotel sharpish in the morning after the first and only nights stay. The room was extremely small but with a quick turnaround before the Hydro concert and the ease of location to and...

To be honest, it was fine for what I needed. Excellent location and reasonably priced mid week. But certainly nothing more than that. Room itself was like a student halls of residence and very basic. The TV chanels were rubbish - all set in the wrong order and VERY limited (less than your freeview box at home). The wifi was...

The hotel has a lovely exterior with a modern reception and bar area. The staff were friendly but when it comes to attentive detail they are very lacking. We asked for a towel to dry ourselves and our cases, to this day we wait for these towels. Our room was not ready upon our arrival, but myself and my friend...

We booked 2 double rooms at this hotel in November, wish we had gone elsewhere.Great location, sadly thats where it ends. On arrival key card wouldn't work had to get another. Tap in bathroom soaked us, dust in room, more than half the lights didn't work. No cooked breakfast available as chef was off sick. Above all only got half...

The hotel is good value for a city centre hotel, but in hindsight I would have preferred to pay a little more. Checkin was friendly and the service across the board couldn't be faulted. The room was very modern looking - beech coloured furniture with an open plan wardrobe. Quite small but room enough for a desk and a large...

We stayed in the Artto Hotel on Sunday 26th October, and I could hardly fault a thing, staff - excellent service and very friendly, room - yes it was small but it was just one night, the room was spotless. The bar was well stocked and again the bar staff were very friendly. We did not have breakfast so can't...

Second floor twin room. Everything there that was needed. Well lit, a bit tatty but ok. Could smell curry all over the hotel and even in the towels! Breakfast at 7 15 am was good but not very well organised. Bedroom doors do bang, also heard bottles as others have said. Would only stay again if got a good deal.

A great small city centre hotel ideal for city and entertainment venues. A nice friendly reception, well stocked bar and comfortable lounge. Our room faced over the main road and was very comfortable and surprisingly quite. Indian restaurant next door was very good and reasonably priced.

This hotel to put simply was awful. We stayed here for two nights as myself and a friend were going to a concert and a nice relaxing weekend away. The outside of the hotel looks amazing and the reception area is modern in decor which I like however this is where it would stop. Firstly we arrived and the room...
