Went to this Dolly Parton Tribute night on the 11th march 2017, seriously awful, the singer left everyone with their mouths wide open, AGHAST!!!! Her dress was terrible, her voice was terrible, her wig was terrible, I complained to the management within 20 mins of her performance and was told that they get these acts from agencies and don't know...

Limited availability with breakfast menu - stated the chef said the kitchen was closed so no pastries/muffins!! Very tired deco in hotel but clean enough. Evening meal was ok. Fire doors kept open with reception stating it's used as access but no security whatsoever.

We visited for a tribute night on 11/2. All I can say is that the food portions were EMBARRASSING. Talk about trying to rip us off. Picture attached, but we had HALF a chicken breast, HALF a carrot, and ONE baby potato. £25???? The management need to take a good look at themselves. I will never be back, and I...

The hotel is in dire need of refurbishment! Very dull dingy reception, corridors were the same. The room (35) was terrible, saggy mattress on the bed,carpets/curtains were dirty. Spiders website were hanging like lace curtains on the bedside lamp. We paid £20 to have breakfast which wasn't fresh. When staff were advised that the breakfast was stale there was no one...

Good varied menu but oh dear, the surroundings/decor were so tired. Seem to cater for workers seconded to Glasgow. Very noisy with 2 TVs blaring in a small space. Carpark was so dark it was quite frightening. Won't go back till they up the ante and improve big time. Such a pity as the potential to cater for surrounding areas...
