Well following our visit to the willow guest house I thought I'd leave a review.... To start id like to give the staff a 10/10 if they were trying to give us a Halloween experience as it felt like we were on the set of scary movie...when we arrived we were greeted by a semi pleasant man who looked as...

Walking in, the place looked somewhat decent but then when climbing up the hundred stairs to our room we were welcome to the smallest room with the most uncomfortable beds with rooms that don't even have a proper lock on them. Everything was old and worn out. The breakfast was AWFUL but the breakfast staff were extremely entertaining and friendly....

Take notice of the reviews folks! We didn't. Hard to believe you can be charged good hard earned money to stay here?? So unbelievably run down and tired and in need a good renovation. Even the little garden out front is like waste ground. Old plant troughs full of fag butts and rainwater outside front door! Eeeeeyuk!!! Very basic. Location...

Seriously, have never seen such mould. Total lack of security, window and door easy to just get in. Staines everywhere. Never bothered with breakfast. Couldn't wait to leave in morning to get home and bath. Nasty place.

Hard to get booked in Glasgow due to a tennis tournament, so unfortunately got a room here and it was way over-priced as if it was a better hotel. We found Daniel the receptionist pleasant and helpful, as were the breakfast ladies (and breakfast was OK). However the room we got was absolutely terrible - you could feel all the...

We booked last minute and thought we would just give it a go. If you have the car, be sure to ask about the visitor permits as it gives you a full days parking from 8am until 10am the next morning for £6. We were in the basement, which in itself was fine, once we finally found our room. The...

We played hotel roulette and lost big time. All hotels in Glasgow were booked solid for some reason, so we ended up in this place. When we arrived we were greeted by a bunch of guys smoking on the front steps and had to maneuver through them to get to the front door. The young man at the front desk...

Arrived after check in time to find a large queue and no-one at reception so waited for a short time and still no-one appeared to check guests in, next morning arrived for breakfast only to wait 15 mins before leaving as we weren't even asked if we would like tea/coffee while we waited. When we complained when checking out the...

So, I just left the hotel this morning and I can't say enough about what a terrible place this is. In my booking.com listing it mentions slippers which were not present. When I asked to use the hair dryer, the man at the desk went to look for it and said it had apparently been stolen/lifted. Not a big deal....
