Very lovely hotel with a great locacation. Room was very clean and everything you need for a short break. Great value for money and would definitely use the hotel again. Free coffee and pastries very nice. Staff very friendly and helpful. From lovely couple from St Andrews
We stayed here during a short break to Glasgow. The hotel is about a 2 minute walk from George Square. Despite its central location, it was peaceful and we didn’t hear any street noise. On arrival to our room, we found 2 cans of Irn Bru and 2 Tunnocks Tea Cakes which was a nice touch.. It was my partner’s birthday and she was given a voucher for a free drink at the bar and the staff had left a happy birthday message on the bathroom window. Breakfast was good with a large selection of food. We’d definitely stay here again if we were returning to Glasgow.
Loved the decor in the hotel. Room was really nice & big enough. Bed was hard but surprisingly comfortable & I slept like a log with no noise from either outside or inside the hotel. Reception staff were friendly. Location is perfect so it will definitely be our go to hotel for Glasgow. However I can only give 4 stars as our breakfast was cold. Maybe it was bad timing (9am) but apart from the scrambled egg which was OK - sausages, bacon etc were cold.
Had a great stay in Miller Street Ibis. from the warm welcome of staff accommodating us with an early check-in and complimentary birthday drink to the immaculate room, comfortable bed and quietness especially being in city centre,we most definetely will return
Lovely hotel in a excellent spot for visiting city centre spotless and friendly staff also got a voucher for carpark 5 minutes walk away Close to a lot of good restaurants and pubs would definitely return .it has 2 lifts to all floors also has a lovely bar
Hotel great for location as theres loads of shops nearby, train station nearby and a good choice of restaurants within minutes. Bus station just a short walk away as well. Staff very friendly and helpful.Breakfast was amazing ,everything you could want all nicely presented. Room was quirky and a bit small but clean and comfortable we would stay here again🙂
The hotel is in the heart of the city. The best part of the hotel was the staff-fab and cheery welcoming.Stylish but small and dark rooms but big enough bathroom. The breakfast was average. A lot of restaurants and pubs near the hotel.
Location is the biggest plus point The hotel by itself is basic but functional. Rooms are sized just enough, no extra space. I did book the basic room, but believe most rooms are similar sized. The lighting in the room can be bit brighter.
Hotel was lovely on arrival we went out cane back to hotel ordered food first order they never had next option they did but wish I hadn't bothered the tomato soup was dreadful but when my baked potato arrived it was totally unacceptable it was obviously a frozen baked potato the middle was still cold the outside was warming so honestly won't hurry back to this hotel the room wasn't that warm either this isbonly my opinion.
Amazing world class service from Debbie Sev Rob and George 24 hour service amazing pizza n pint £14, pizza large enough for two or 3 Spotless in all areas Downside is room we had was internal and made it very dark so felt like nighttime even though was bright outside Fabulous location
