We'd stayed here at Christmas so when we saw the itison.com offer for lunch & a swim we booked! We arrived for lunch. The hotel seemed very quiet. We headed into the restaurant and Keith seated us and took our order. Our food was fantastic! We had our 3 year old with us and they brought his main course when...

Great staff, great service, fantastic value for money with Dinner, Bed and Breakfast. Not been away together just the two of us since we adopted our wee boy earlier this year. So (even though we missed him A LOT) decided to book a couple of days away to Aviemore just the two of us (and the Dog) just to chill...

Been here loads of times and its really for the area not the hotel. Really did not enjoy this visit. I found the whole place to be cold, reception, rooms, dining room and especially the spa area. The room was not very clean this time, I moved a cabinet to try and find a socket and the dust and grime...

Recently stayed for 2 nights and cannot understand the negative reviews. Yes, it was really busy, however all the staff were very friendly and welcoming, always polite and very helpful indeed, the staff made our stay. Good food, comfortable clean room and efficient service with a smile. Setting outstanding and the Woodshed bar was our favourite .We will return again...

It all just went pear-shaped from the first minute. No lift up to second storey with luggage and kids in tow. Pool closed to kids 5-6.30 pm for adult swim. Exactly when you'd want to take them after a day out and about, and before dinner. This is to allow their paying club members to use the pool in peace,...

Very friendly and attentive staff, good facilities (my 2 year old loved the playpark) and amazing breakfast buffet. The only downside was the fish goujons I ordered for my son from the kids menu were made from trout (I was expecting haddock or cod) and tasted quite unpleasant, I felt this was too strong a flavour for a child to...

We spend a lot of time on holiday in Aviemore and mainly stay at The Hilton at Coylumbridge. We enjoy it so much that we bought to time shares there with in the grounds. the Hotel was its usual high standard and is ideal for a family holiday. Our son loves attending the Kids club that they hold between 7pm...

I came here in the hope of a relaxing break. I needed a quiet room and requested this. Instead I was woken up with banging doors and screaming kids at 22:30 night. I phoned reception to see if anything could be done. She put me on hold then just rang off. I phoned again and someone just hung up on...

I stayed here on a recent trip. The area around the hotel is very nice. It's a wooded recreation area. Nice places to eat in the area. The hotel itself has a nice lobby and the staff was great. There are no elevators (lifts) so staying on the third floor was a challenge. The restaurant was very nice. And the...
