We went with another 3 families and had a brilliant time. Cooked marshmallows on a fire in the bbq hut every night. Kids were kept amused playing football in the sports hall, swinging on the rope swing over the duck pond and climbing the climbing frame. Were able to do basic cooking in the wigwam kitchen and were close enough...

Loved this place and more so for the location but all of these rules are now in place! no campfires only allowed these in the BBQ hut and if its already booked then you have no chance! The bricks outside the wigwam are for a BBQ plinth. Also no dogs even if they are crate trained in the wigwams! Although...

Back to Badaguish for the Aviemore Half Marathon. This time with a bit more forward planning we booked up one of the Forest Lodges to house all 3 families. Plenty of wows from us all on arrival just at sheer size, it's like having your own Youth Hostel! There was plenty room for 6 adults and 6 kids in our...

Stayed here with a group of friends for a birthday weekend. Eleven of us stayed in one of the larger lodges and there was plenty of space for everyone that went. Positives: - Barbecue right outside the front door - Comfortable bunk beds- another pillow would have been nice - Well equipped kitchen - Multiple wet rooms/showers for large groups...

Just returned from a few days staying in a wigwam at Badaguish. Great site, wigwam was spotless and spacious. Only used kitchen for washing up, one sink is ok if you don't mind waiting. Toilet/showers were clean, although shower in ladies did soak bench that you would use to lay your clothes, my son said he had the best shower...

We found Lodge 6 ideal for our family weekend. Loads of space and well equipped. The dining/lounge area is particularly suited to having a group meal and games around the table. A barbeque was provided and was placed just next to the Lodge. A great drying room is available for wet suits etc. Ample 'adventure' play equipment on site for...

Thanks for your feedback, we identify absolutely with your concern. I’m sorry if this has been an unexpected expense. Obviously gas prices are unusually low just now and we have already been thinking and looking at what to do. The buildings are quite large.  They’re designed to be economic for groups of up to 10 – 12 people. ...

The lodges are great value for large groups, suit active people. We were staying there as part of an event that was taking place that weekend. They are basic however have everything you need to be self sufficient, there was a lack of double beds though mostly likely due to the usual group rentals they receive for schools or clubs...

We booked a 17 person lodge at Badaguish in April 2016, as well as two wigwams for those joining us for a family celebration. We were delighted with how clean and well-appointed the lodge was, and the bedding provided was of good quality. We brought all the self-catering essentials and would recommend reading the guidelines on Badaguish's website about what...

Head a great time here with a mixture of snowboarding and mountain biking activities. Clean accommodation with well looked after grounds and facilities was just perfect and I'll definately be back here!

We visited in January, it was extremely cold when we arrived with snow on the floor . Our wigwam was in a perfect location with parking close by, we were shown the shower facilities and advised about the electricity card required for the wigwams at £1 each. The wigwam was really very cold when we first went in, the heating...
