If you fancy being greeted by someone dressed in an aged tracksuit, this is the place for you. The guesthouse is a throw back to the days when Scotland did not really know what good standards were. The guesthouse is totally over priced and does not even include breakfast. From my experience it does not do Scotland and Inverness justice.

Old fashion room with improvised bathroom in it (quite uncomfortable) . 90 Pounds for a night in a BB without breakfast (pretending by the owner it was not included) I think it is an offense for a client . A spoiling day location : you get much much less than you pay .

Stayed 20/5/2015. Host was excellent. Breakfast great. Location very good. On arrival we were taken to our room and on entering the room found treats in the room. Some Chips, chocolate and biscuits. Can not fault. Richard Jaskolski. Sydney. Australia.

I had a night in this Guest house whilst motor cycling round Scotland. The welcome was friendly and the place was spotlessly clean. My room was just the job and was very well stocked with all the things you would need. A nice touch was a bag of crisps and a bottle of water. Breakfast in the morning was lovely....

I picked this B&B in Inverness for the price, ensuite bathroom, wifi availability in the room, and relative proximity to the city center (15-20 minute walk, depending on which area of the city center). I was in a triple room, but traveling alone, so I had no problems with space. As a few of the other reviewers have mentioned, the...

The place was well situated, it was in a quiet area within 10min walk to the centre thorugh a nice walkway along the river. Our tripple room in the ground floor was well equipped with ensuite bathroom and we found it all very clean and comfortable. The place was definitely quiet and there was no noise around the house whatsoever....

Stayed here for one night while in Inverness for the Half Marathon event. I booked a twin room but ended up travelling alone. The B&B was approx 15 min walk from the train station. There was plenty of room in the bedroom but the bathroom was really small. The decor was quite dated but the room had everything I needed...

Overall a nice stay with a ample Breakfast and cosy room and bed, great shower and nice owner. The only thing I can comment on is the décor, it probably needs a good revamp - Purple curtains and bright red borders? hmmmmm.

Booked twin room, no way should this room be used for two people, you couldn't swing a mouse never mind a cat, very tired looking as well, even skirting boards need replacing, nowhere in shower room (which was tiny) to hang towels, just had to squeeze them on top of small radiator. No wardrobe or drawer space in room, very...
