Made to feel very welcome by very friendly staff. Great meal, typical pub food, with lovely veg and good portion size. Excellent choice of beer. Nice surroundings in conservatory. Quiet on a week night

Booked for Saturday dinner and as usual not let down. Great portions, great service, and pleasant surroundings made this a great night out. It's also nice to sit and relax after eating to finish your drinks or coffee in the bar area rather than sitting at your dinner table.

really nice hotel, not far away from the town, good service! The breakfast was really good (continental and scottish), at the bar you can have a drink in the evening or play some billiards, and the hotel is also suitable for children!

They didn't have any Gluten free gravy but chef popped some garlic butter in a...

Good place to go if nearby. Friendly staff. I didn't have food but did stay in the bar for a drink. Menu looked reasonably priced. I'd visit again if I was in the aware. Close to premier inn so handy if you do t want to go into town.

We had a nice stay, nothing special, room wasn't ready on arrival but it didn't spoil our stay. For a few pounds more we could have stayed in a higher classed hotel, but that doesn't mean it would have been any better. The breakfast was really nice, albeit the service a bit slow. Good location, easy parking.
