A lovely little bed and breakfast... well located.....rooms are well equipped with personal touches such as sweets on the bedside table and maintained well. Host Robert is extremely hospitable and has a great sense of humor... would definitely go back again !

Nice large room and king size bed. Bathroom and shower that works well. We had a good nights sleep. We had the option for continental breakfast as a cooked breakfast is too much for us. The furnishings and fittings are all modern and work.. Double glazing for example.

Robert and Ruth are lovely, welcoming people. Our room was bright, larger than we have found other places, and the restroom facilities were large by comparison. Every thing was clean. The food was very good. The house is on a very quiet street with easy walking distance to shops, restaurants, and pubs in the city. We highly recommend Rossmount

You`d be hard pushed to find better B&B accommodation in Inverness. A well-run business with friendly owners and some good natured banter. We had a large very comfortable room overlooking the (quiet) street that was finished to a high spec. (including the en-suite shower room). Breakfast was well made and plentiful and there was a selection of goodies with your...

Great location, being mere minutes from the centre of Inverness by foot and a short stroll from the River Ness. The guesthouse itself is fantastic, with my single bed room with shared bathroom more than meeting my needs (a very comfortable bed in a quiet location) and expectations (already high) during my four night stay. The breakfast offerings were great,...

This is my 1st choice when booking bed and breakfast in Inverness, gluten and dairy free options available, within walking distance of town centre, comfortable rooms and away from the noise of the hustle and bustle of the city.

If you are staying in Inverness, this is where to stay. It was quiet and relaxing. Robert and Ruth were so warm and friendly. I came here by myself and they made me feel comfortable and welcomed and were extremely helpful. They are located on a nice quiet street that is only a five minute walk to the City Centre....

Loved this guest house! Run by a really friendly helpful couple, Ruth and Robert. Great accommodation, close enough to walk to city centre, but also very quiet. Superb Full Scottish breakfast! Lasted us till our evening meal. No complaints at all about any part of our stay. Just wish it could have been longer. Highly recommend!

Excellent location - quiet but only 10 minutes max from the station. V friendly hosts and top breakfast featuring veggie haggis (for veggies!). And complimentary Tunnocks tea cakes in the room as well! Good pubs and restaurants nearby.

I spent 2 nights there in 2012 and when I returned to Inverness in July 2016, I knew I wanted to stay there again. And it was so worth it. I had a single room with shared bath, the room was a bit on the small side, but still enough room for someone who is just there to sleep. Bathrobes...
