Owners are lovely and make you feel very welcome. Had a great nights sleep and thoroughly enjoyed my short stay. I was given some very good tips about local attractions and places to eat. Very much value for money.

Rossmount is a lovely bed and breakfast that makes you feel at home in Inverness. Robert was so helpful and friendly throughout my stay. The rooms are clean and well equipped. The bathrooms are excellent, even though they are shared (don't let that put you off). It is in a good location and is great value too. There were plenty...

A home away from home, in fact a much better breakfast than home to be fair. Locally sourced ingredients meant we could try a decent haggis. The owners were very accommodating and helpful and the bedroom was comfy and had lots of teas and chocolate etc, which was better than hotel standard. Highly recommend this one.

In short just fabby. Tunnock's teacakes and caramel wafers in the rooms. Milo the gorgeous wee Jack Russell . Great breakfasts. Hot, none of that horrible overpriced mush , hotels think they can get away with. 5 min walk to the shops and hosts who are genuinely nice people and want to help you as much as you can. My...

A lovely little bed and breakfast... well located.....rooms are well equipped with personal touches such as sweets on the bedside table and maintained well. Host Robert is extremely hospitable and has a great sense of humor... would definitely go back again !

Nice large room and king size bed. Bathroom and shower that works well. We had a good nights sleep. We had the option for continental breakfast as a cooked breakfast is too much for us. The furnishings and fittings are all modern and work.. Double glazing for example.

Robert and Ruth are lovely, welcoming people. Our room was bright, larger than we have found other places, and the restroom facilities were large by comparison. Every thing was clean. The food was very good. The house is on a very quiet street with easy walking distance to shops, restaurants, and pubs in the city. We highly recommend Rossmount

You`d be hard pushed to find better B&B accommodation in Inverness. A well-run business with friendly owners and some good natured banter. We had a large very comfortable room overlooking the (quiet) street that was finished to a high spec. (including the en-suite shower room). Breakfast was well made and plentiful and there was a selection of goodies with your...

Great location, being mere minutes from the centre of Inverness by foot and a short stroll from the River Ness. The guesthouse itself is fantastic, with my single bed room with shared bathroom more than meeting my needs (a very comfortable bed in a quiet location) and expectations (already high) during my four night stay. The breakfast offerings were great,...

This is my 1st choice when booking bed and breakfast in Inverness, gluten and dairy free options available, within walking distance of town centre, comfortable rooms and away from the noise of the hustle and bustle of the city.
