Centrally located in downtown Inverness with views of the River and the Castle. Location is great as everything is on the doorstep. Eleanor is a very friendly host and nothing was too much trouble for her. She is ably assisted by Asia who is Polish which was great for my Polish wife and kids. My kids though were completely smitten...

Our hostess, Eleanor, could not have been more lovely. Our room was comfortable and clean-En suite was fully updated and the perfect size for a couple. The view of the castle was awesome, however, the location itself was perfect and right in the middle of everything. AND, the full Scottish breakfast every morning AWESOME!!

We were well looked after, the breakfasts were excellent, Eleanor is a great host. The situation of the hotel is great as it's quiet, has a lovely view of the river and the castle and is incredibly central. We got lots of good advice on places to eat. Very enjoyable, the place is clean and Eleanor very friendly and helpful....

We had a great time in Inverness. Eleanor was a great host and had some great suggestions for things to do- you MUST go to Hootinany up the street- best bar& neighboring dance club we went to the whole trip! Be mindful there are many stairs at Castle View Inn! Also, you must stay for the breakfast- it was amazing!

Wife and I stayed for 2 nights and loved this guest house, maybe the most. Do not stay here for the view of the Castle, though the view couldn't better. Stay here because it is the most comfortable guest house in this price range. They really have something special here. Location, friendly hostess, darling pet Mia, and a delicious and...

I can not imagine a better experience than the one we had with Eleanor at Castle View Guesthouse. The home itself is warm and beautifully decorated. The room was spacious and clean with modern amenities and a phenomenal view. The breakfast was ridiculous - I will be dreaming of that breakfast for years to come. But the crown jewel of...

She gave us excellent recommendations of things to do and places to eat around the area that made our stay so enjoyable. We initially only planned on staying two nights as...

We spent two nights at the Castleview B&B. Eleanor is a gracious and enthusiastic hostess and makes you feel at home right away. Her B& B is on a corner as you turn the corner after the bridge in Inverness. People just pull up on the curb and unload. Eleonore will show you a lot down a pretty street a...
