The hotel is clean, nice and offers a great restaurant in the ground floor with delicious food, handmade burgers and all made by a cook. The hosts are super friendly, they helped me to find locations, helped with all belongings to their hotel and also accepted amazon delivery I ordered in the UK. Although the package from amazon didnt arrive...

Very good stay though noise from music in the pub every night was a concern. The staff were all fantastic, the food was lovely and some good variety of real ales and craft beers were a bonus. Easy access to Inverness centre and the lovely river Ness.

A pleasant place to stay, in walking distance of the town, and I had a nice room. It would be good if there was wifi in the rooms, instead of one having to use an iPad in the bar or restaurant. It was handy to have a restaurant on-site.

Room was nice, probably not a long stay hotel. I was on business and had to be up for work the next day, it was quite a stifling night, it being close to town there was too much noise to open the windows and there was no aircon so it was uncomfortable. Heard everything from the other rooms as well...

Hi Andy, unfortunately "stifling" is not a term that is usually used when describing Inverness so air conditioning is rare outwith the large chain hotels. On the thin walls, we have inherited a 1970's extension to our Victorian building, however, this will be addressed during our planned refurbishment in winter 2016. Regards Andrew

The hotel was overall ok. The bedroom was small. No room to put your bags and walk around the bed. More suited to a single room. The shower was very small. I bet the owners wouldn't shower in it. No where to put your toiletries. Had to put them on the floor. The staff was nice and helpful and looked...

This is a pub in a residential area, with a few rooms, not a hotel. The room was very small with a tiny bathroom. All very dated and in need of refurbishment. Nowhere to put anything in the bathroom. Beds have poor mattresses although bedding was OK as were towels. Wifi doesn't work at all in rooms. A small decanter...
