i stayed here wile on business with my coleuges it was terrible no hot water or heating pearl controles it by an app on her phone hive we complained so she gave us a heater told us gas was broke she fed coins into a meter over al very cramped for three men double bed and single in same room...

I am sorry you did not enjoy your stay at Ness Apartments. The situation regarding the boiler was in the hands of Scottish Gas, the part required had to be ordered specially. The fact your were placed in the Apartment ( 1 single 1 double bed & sofa bed ) was down to your company, as said by yourselves you...

Booked in at the Pitfaranne guest House after being very disappointed at another property. This is a very nice place and Pearl made us feel very welcome. The location is great, literally just a five minute walk from city centre and also a few minutes from the Castle Tavern, a great place for a drink and a fantastic meal. Rooms...

arrived in Inverness en-route to the Highlands. great helpful welcome at a very central property. Room was the best B&B room we've had, Pearl has thought of everything. very spacious, great shower, warm, comfy room with everything you would need. Breakfast booked the night before. Parking an issue as permit needed for street parking. premises has a few parking spaces...

the owner was very friendly. the breakfast delicious the roon clean and so beatiful!. you feel like home. we are looking forward to come back next year! also the location was near to city center. totaly recomended!

Miss Pearl Rooney is a nice lady and offers a small but cosy place to stay. The rooms are not big but offer everything you need. You have a smoking area with a roof over your head and a small private parking place. breakfast is served in a lovely veranda with hollywood celebrities pictures all over the walls, lovely

My husband and I stayed here a couple of nights last weekend... pearl couldn't have Been more hospitable, rooms are emmaculate and very cosy, breakfast was good with a varied choice including fresh fruit salad and full English. Very central location only 5min walk from city centre, would definately stay here again... thanks Pearl... you're a wee star ☺☺☺

It was our favorit B&B in our Tour! Everything is made with so much care and love, you must simply enjoy your stay! Very lovely rooms, cozy beds and everything very clean! The breakfast was excellent, with fresh fruitsalat and everything you can wish for! There is a parkingspace, which is very nice aus it is quite difficult to find...

Came up to Inverness on the 6th August from York for business and needed an overnight stop. This place was booked for me by a director. I've never stayed in a guest house before as I mainly go for hotels. I must say I'm very happy with the choice. I was met by the owner Pearl who was very pleasant...

Very homie accommodation, the room was very cozy and confortable. The location is great, walking distance from main street as well as the train and bus station. Pearl is a fantastic hostess, she made us feel like home and gave us great tips.

We had the Apartment at the Pitfaranne and LOVED everything about it. The place was done up with obvious care and attention and it was spotless. Pearl, the owner, is a wonderful lady who made sure we had everything we needed and more (tea, milk, biscuits, little choccies, a lovely shower kit...), she went far beyond the call of duty...
