This wasn't my first stay at Fairfield Villa. It's only a five minute walk from the centre of Inverness and I'd experienced such great hospitality before that I naturally chose to stay here again. Moira has such a welcoming personality, and has a lovely house. Everything I needed was available, the room very clean and the bed very comfortable. Best...

Our room was very nice with a very comfy bed. Mrs. MacDonald, the owner, was very nice, very helpful. We discovered at breakfast that this is where the tour guides stay! The breakfast was a very good full Breakfast.

Moira's hospitality is remarkable. I really felt welcome in her nice B&B. The room was nice, practical, with my own en suite and I slept like a log. The breakfast was good and Moira kept my bags after check-out. It's in a quiet residential area and it's in easy walking distance to the city centre. I'd come again!

My first time on a motorcycle trip with 3 friends who have stayed here many times before. They told me it was good, it was excellent. Moira is a top host and the accommodation is spotlessly clean, modern, up to date and comfortable. A large double garage to securely park our motor bikes. Breakfast was super, fresh fruit, cereals, juice...

Breakfast starts with a selection of cereals then a full english.Nothing is too much trouble. Added bonus of secure garage motorcycle parking. A real home from home. Close to many...

I arrived to be met by the lovely host Moira, who showed me to my single room which was exceptionally clean, tidy and very comfortable. There were loads of lovely extras like free bottled water, tea and coffee making facilities complete with biscuits and the loveliest fluffy thick towels in the bathroom. The bed was so comfortable and was my...

When we arrived at the small 100 year old boarding house, set in a neighborhood of similar homes, we were met at street by Moira, the proprietress. She warmly welcomed us to the hotel and directed us to parking. We were escorted to our room and shown around the rooms and breakfast area. Everything was decorated beautifully and elegantly. The...

I stayed here recently with friends. Rooms are fair sized and well appointed, en-suite with wifi, and comfortable beds. Breakfast was very good, and our host was friendly and helpful. Only a short walk from the town centre.

We booked into the family suite with our two teenagers and it was just perfect for our needs. Warm, comfortable, very clean and well thought out, and a breakfast enough to satisfy even growing appetites! Moira was a wonderful host, very welcoming and friendly and took the time to help us locate ourselves on the map that she had ready...
