Hotel is stylish, clean and good value for money. Staff good at job but slow to acknowledge when arriving to check in or getting drinks (reception is the bar). Would advise Hotel to provide 2 bottles rather than just 1 if 2 are staying in the room and also to tie back the tv cables, looks messy otherwise, would have...

Hotel is very confortable, close to the city centre, a perfect solution to visit Inverness. I've visited the city with some friends during our trip through the highlands. It is twenty minute far from the airport.

My wife and I spent 2 nights at this hotel and were slightly disappointed. The rooms were quite small, bathroom tiles were a bit worn.No plug in sink so we were unable to fill the sink for shaving etc. These were small issues but felt it worth pointing them out.The real disappointment was lack of staff. Most of the time it was 1 staff...

Hotel looks good upon entrance. Shower kept going from boiling to cold and there were holes in the wall behind the plastic surroundings in the bathroom. The menu was basic for room service and lack of iron bru in a bar in Scotland is unheard of! The room was good quality and TV service is a nice touch.

Dear Harry C, Thank you for taking the time to review the hotel. I take on board your comments regarding the shower and we have now undergone a full service on our boiler system which has alleviated the issue. I am sorry we didn't have Iron Bru in the bar. Very clean, convenient and comfortable. The bar is open 24/7 (probably the only one in Inverness) which is perfect when you are subject to jet lag and couldn't sleep. Very good breakfast open in the middle of the night as well. The front desk and bar are one and the area is very friendly, very loungy and for once, it...

Definetly the best hotel in Inverness town centre by a mile. It's not just the newly refurbished room and the amazing bar, it's the staff, the quality of the breakfast. The hotels ambiance and the staffs appetite to make you feel at home. I'd rather be there than at home tbh. We arrived late to a warm friendly welcome by...
