Fraser House is situated on the riverfront and our room had a fantastic view out and across to Inverness. Our hostess was very friendly and helpful. We were leaving very early in the morning for a bus and our hostess had set out a breakfast especially for us. We couldn't have had a better experience.

I spent three nights here in the comfortable single room with lovely views across the river. The place was well situated on the bank of the river, just a few minutes walk from the city centre, with some excellent restaurants on the doorstep. The place was clean, the breakfast good and plentiful, and advice on the area was offered, although...

We stayed in the Bed and Breakfast Hotel for two nights, at the start and end of our trip. It is very easy to find and a very short walk from the centre of the City. The hotel looks out onto the river and is a short walk from the footbridge. The rooms are spotless with all that you need,...

We found Fraser House to be exactly what we were hoping for, with a spacious and spotlessly clean room with a superb view of the river and town on the opposite bank. A short walk took us into the town centre for our evening meal, complete with a voucher for a free drink from our landlady, who was very helpful...

I booked the single room for two nights in Inverness this past weekend to do a Highland Experience Tour of Skye. The room was nice and clean with a very nice view of the river. However, the hostess was the most painfully awkward woman I have ever met. I had read several other reviews describing her as an introvert, which...

Room was comfortable and clean. Excellent location gorgeous views of the river. There is no parking anywhere near the b&b but we were told no one checks anyway so to park anywhere. So we did. Breakfast was nice, room was spacious and clean. Would use again if in the area.

I was warmly welcomed in from a cold, snowy January night. Any information I would have required about Inverness was available, and a choice of breakfast options presented upon check-in. I needed an earlier breakfast as I was due off on an early bus, so the ladies very served me one at 7 am. The single, en-suite, room had all...

I stayed at this B&B in October for two nights and was very pleased with all it offered. Jenny & Sandra were friendly & didn't bother me with endless chit chat as some B&B owners do but they were happy to help with information when asked. I found this refreshing as some owners tend to want to bombard you with...

I've just spent 2 nights at Fraser House, as was taking part in the recent (yesterday) Loch Ness marathon. First the good points.... - Easy to find - 7-10mins walk from Inverness train station - On the river Ness, which is very serene - Nice big window (room 2 - single room) where you could sit and just look out...
