The long-time experience of this operator is apparent in her attention to every detail of the traveler's comfort. Very clean. Internet is fast and strong. Breakfast is varied and good. Beds are comfy with clean, crisp linens. Bathroom has all amenities as well as a little coffee bar in the room. Price is in line with others in the UK,... More

We stayed 1 night here while passing through Inverness. Nice, clean, and friendly service. We arrived late in the evening, but were able to park the car right our front for free and then walk across the river to downtown Inverness for some great dinner. Would stay here again...

The eskdale guest house is like a home from home with that added extra. It's full of friendly faces from the housekeepers and the owner. The decor is lovely and the rooms are modern and very classy. The breakfast is well worth getting up for. My stay over the past week has been excellent, the owner again is lovely and... More

This is a very nice guest house, the service was impeccable and the breakfast excellent. The location is on the west side of the river but only a 2 minute walk to the pedestrian bridge so you are in the city centre in no time at all. The property is situated on the corner of a main road however I... More

I've been here about 3 or 4 times now, it is an amazing place. Traditionally decorated, tartan throughout and spacious and comfortable rooms. I was in the single room at the front and it has an amazing ensuite. A few minutes walk from the town and river and close to all amenities, it is an amazing place to stay for... More

We arrrived in the late evening after driving all day and was greeted by Kathy, with a smile on her face. She upgraded us to a little larger room since we would be staying for 5 nights, at no additional charge! This was by far the best breakfast we had the whole time we were in Scotland. The selection of... More

Ideally located just across the picturesque bridge into Inverness town centre. What first hit me was the beautiful, warm, inviting lounge. Just felt like home. Breakfast was fabulous too ... juices, cereal, fresh fruit, and various cooked breakfast choices. Unfortunately our room was a twin but we had booked a double so was a little on the small side and...
