I have always rated Holiday Inn Express but this time we were not happy. My partner is a Customs Officer and was here on business. We had booked in advance and therefore the Hotel was aware that we would be there for two nights. On arrival at about 01.00 the electric doors were shut, we could see the reception area...

I stayed here for one night after a theatre visit and before travelling onwards to the west coast. The front desk staff greeted me very warmly and efficiently. I had a dog friendly downstairs room which was very clean and very comfortable, and quiet. . I was surprised by the large choice of food for breakfast and although the restaurant...

I recently stayed at this hotel for the past week while on business. It's in a great location near the A96 & A9 interchanges, and near the local retail and business park. The hotel is very comfortable and with free wifi throughout the hotel. Breakfast is great and staff are very friendly. There is also a great pub near by...

The location is well outside the city centre, so you have to use a car to get here. It was packed with tourists from buses every night we were there, which chaos and mess at the breakfast bar in the morning. It was quiet, so that was good. But the rooms were cramped and small for the price you pay....

Dear Guest Thank you for your feedback concerning your stay, we do let our non tour bus guests know what time the tours are having breakfast so we can maintain our standards for all guests at all times. Sometimes this can overlap and it can become exceedingly busy. Our location is perfect for visitors wanting to get onto the A9...

We drived from Skye through Loch Ness and many other places, at last got to this comfortable hotel. There was a restaurant just beside where we found very tasty food. Shopping center was also not far away from this hotel.

We have stayed at this hotel a few times, and like to keep going back. We usually have a shopping trip to Inverness once a year before Christmas to get some presents sorted, and usually stay here. It might not be in the centre of the town, but it has a spacious car park. Considering it is next to the...

If you're staying in Inverness for a flight the next day this hotel is a good choice. It's about 7 miles from the airport and the breakfast bar starts at 6:30 AM. The food was pretty good. Interesting to contrast with US Holiday Inn Express'. No cinnamon rolls! But everything else is HIExp par. Breakfast was hearty and plentiful, rooms clean and quiet, personnel friendly and helpful. Parking is plentiful.
