      A hard one to review

      Perfect place to start the Highland visit.

      Beautiful grand old lady hotel in the center of Inverness, conveniently next to the railway station. Pleasant lobby and bar area, and very well appointed.       Terrible

      Very rude staff and the place looked like it hadn't been cleaned in years, right next to the train station so there's noise from the railway and the entrance to the hotel is extremely busy. Definitely won't be back.More
