This was the second time I have stayed here and neither time has disappointed. The rooms are clean and comfortable. Our host was welcoming and helpful. The breakfast provided absolutely delicious. This B & B is great value and I recommend it.

The place is run by a husband (Rodney) and wife (Gail) team. My husband and I were warmly welcomed by Gail upon our arrival. This is our first experience with a B&B and we were both pleasantly surprised by the service and the quality and coziness of stay. Room with ensuite bathroom was clean, comfortable and a good size. There...

A very nice B&B only a short walk from the river and centre of Inverness. The old style B&B is very well maintained, absolutely clean and parking is easily available along the street. My bed was very comfortable, breakfast delicious (I don't think I ever enjoyed Porridge that much) and the hosts were very friendly and helpful with hints on...

Booked a 4 day Scottish Highland trip through Scottish tours and got put up in this wonderful place with a smiling and helping owner couple. The gentleman from Orkhney and the lady from Glasgow bought this 1887 property, right near the city centre of Inverness(where you get unlimited shopping and dining opportunities) which is about 4 minutes walk down the...

Craignay has been our base in Inverness twice a year, at least, for about 9 years. If we can't stay here, we ask ourselves if we can change our schedule or just skip Inverness! We - and everyone else too - always receive a warm welcome. The rooms are comfortable, spotless with biscuits, tea, coffee in the room. There is...

I came across this Guest House a few years ago. Since then it's been my preferred place to stay in Inverness. It's a 19th century town house which has beautiful rooms. Everything about the place is great. You get a warm welcome from the owners, who go out of their way to make your stay as enjoyable as possible. The...

My five-night stay this summer was as close to perfect as one can get, and the reason I choose B&B's over impersonal hotels. The room was an adequate size for a single traveler, not too small; I appreciated the in-room sink, the comfy bed, the bathroom was convenient (and shared with only one other room) with roomy shower, all very...
