Initially stayed here just after it opened in 2012 and gave it a top review. Returned this month and was very disappointed, not necessarily due to anything particularly poor about the hotel or service but certainly due to the price! £125 and £131 per night for this 3 star Premier Inn is unacceptable no matter how busy Inverness was at...

This hotel is clean and basic, nothing too fancy but everything you need. The bed is soft, our room had a good view, and there was plenty of space in the room to spread out (unlike a lot of other UK hotels). The bathroom was spacious and well-equipped. I don't often rave about hotel food, but here we purchased breakfasts...

In keeping with others I agree that the rooms are of the good standard expected from Premier Inn. If you do not have a car this hotel is well located, however if you do have a vehicle to park there is a serious problem. To be fair the Premier Inn website does make good mention of this. Reality is that...

Needed to do a quick trip to Inverness and stayed here for two nights. The room was faultless, as expected from Premier Inn, and the restaurant was OK, but there were very few parking spaces. But is is slap bang in the city centre with great bars and restaurants within easy walking distance. I'd definitely stay there again, but not...

Four nights in Inverness at the Premier Inn. A very tidy and spacious room for the cost however, trouble with the air conditioner for 3 of the nights we stayed kept the rooms very warm and we had to leave the windows open after the first night of our stay. We had mentioned the condition twice at the hotel before...

This was a typical modern Premier Inn. Typical Prem Inn rooms, usual breakfast - nothing to complain about. Rooms were quiet, apart from the seagulls outside - keep the windows closed first thing in the morning. Best thing is the location - on the river Ness, opposite the city centre, and with easy access to the city and to river-side...

Great place to stay. Very central right in the centre. Love its on the river. Clean and comfortable. Food so so. Only gripe is the parking and the price to pay ..... Not happy at all. Very close to restaurants and pubs, stones throw away.

We stayed at this hotel for two nights and found the location on the River Ness to be both convenient and attractive. The hotel itself had some problems. The hotel seems understaffed. They keep only one clerk on at a time, expecting guests to check in on a kiosk. Guests with problems have only one person to talk with and...

I enjoyed my stay at Premier Inn very much. The location of the hotel is excellent, right across the river and the castle. It is surrounded by several pubs and restaurants and 5 minutes walking distance from the train station. The rooms are spacious, the bathroom is clean and the staff is helpful. No complaints!

Great location by the river, near the town centre. Comfy bed, quiet room (4th floor), good wi-fi. Lots of TV channels. Nice restaurant. Only grumble is getting back at 2:15pm, after an 8 mile walk, and our room had not yet been serviced, otherwise excellent value if you can pre-book a special rate.
