This is our favourite place to stay in Inverness - a touch of quiet luxury and comfort combined with easy parking and all within walking distance of the centre of Inverness, where you'll find a good choice of restaurants and other entertainment. Richard and Jenny are lovely -unobtrusive but there when you need them and always willing to oblige, whether...

Richard & Jenny provide a smoothly efficient service, and always accompanied by a warm welcome; nothing seems too much trouble. It is no accident that we have returned there time after time whilst visiting the area (something we don't normally do); they manage to provide five-star facilities, and deliver it with warmth and a sense of humour! The breakfast menu...

Our second stay at the Moyness and it just keeps getting better and better. We stayed in the Neil Gunn room. What a treat of a room! Impeccably finished with great taste which continues into the large and first class bathroom. Breakfast is still the best in the Highlands! And not to forget, the hosts are charming, helpful and very...

The guest house is a short walk from Inverness centre and only a few minutes from the river. We chose the Highland River room(each room has a name and varying tariffs), which was spacious, decorative and comfortable. The bathroom, although lacking a bath, was contemporary and ample shampoo etc, and good quality towels. Two dressing gowns were also provided. There was a...

Lovely room, wonderful service, superb breakfast and owners who care about their guests. What more could you ask? Throw in excellent value, quality and superb cleanliness and you have the ideal base for a visit to the area. The owners will offer personal recommendations for local restaurants (all excellent advice) and there is information to hand for all local attractions....

Upon arrival, we received a warm welcome from Jenny. She informed us she had made reservations for us at two restaurants, at her recommendation when we booked, since we were there on the weekend, which is quite busy. Her recommendations were fantastic. She also gave us a map on Inverness and gave directions to the restaurants. Moyness House is located...
