You enter the house and love of the place is embracing you all over! We strongly recommend this "home away", because it is perfectly clean, cosy, amazing good taste in decoration, marvelous breakfast as well! And the hostess is the sweetest "lassie" in scotland👏😘😘

Look no further as the Ness Guest House is THE place to stay while exploring Inverness. Susan our hostess is so lovely. We were supposed to arrive before 6pm yet got caught up in the beautiful scenery between Isle of Skye and Inverness therefore, we arrived a bit late. A quick phone call to Susan and she cheerfully replied "no...

Fabulous welcome from Susan, so much information, 5 minutes walk from centre of city, very quiet at night but only 2 minutes walk from 2 great bar restaurants. The house was spotlessly clean great bedrooms with everything you need. Added bonus was off road parking, lots of places these days you either have to pay for parking or are miles...

The Ness was one of the nicest places we stayed on our trip round Scotland. Friendly welcome, comfortable rooms and a good breakfast (who knew they did vegetarian haggis!?!). It's a good situation to get into town (5 minutes walk) but just far enough away to be quiet at night. We'd love to come back!
