Welcoming warm hostess. We loved the Pub she recommended. Our room was small but clean and we managed to fit three of us and had our own bathroom with shower. The full Scottish breakfast was very traditional and filling. We would stat there again.

I have just returned from two nights in Inverness, staying at the Strathallan. I was welcomed with open arms and the hospitality just got better from there. Locks on the room door aside (the only part that felt B&Bish) I felt like I was visiting an old friend or favourite aunt. Christine is very easy to be around and nothing...

I chose Strathallan based on the high score it got on travel websites, and it really does deserve them! A friendly welcome from the lovely owner Christine, a cosy room and great breakfasts. It has such a home feel, I almost forgot it was a B&B! I would recommend this place to anyone wanting to stay in Inverness overnight or...

Fed up with disappointing hotels decided to try a B&B for one of my frequent trips to Inverness. Great decision. The welcome could not have been warmer- Christine is such a fantastic host. Lovely toasty room (very frosty outside!) and huge cooked breakfast. Even better, there was fresh milk always available for tea in a handy communal area. The B&B...

This B&B is a fantastic place to stay for a short or long visit. It's very clean and the landlady does everything possible to ensure you have a fantastic stay. The premises are ideally located for the city centre and the rooms are very clean and bright.

Scottish hospitality at its best for a very reasonable price. Excellent quality and size of room which could sleep 5, plentiful breakfast and a pleasant host. Ideally located for restaurants shopping, museum, castle, theatre etc, will definitely use again.

Traveling with my twenty-something niece and nephew around Scotland we chose Strathallan and couldn't be happer! Christine the owner was immediately like family. Strathallan house was warm and friendly and breakfast was wonderful. Christine even went out of her way to make "to go" breakfast for my late rising nephew! The rooms were perfect for our odd-numbered group and very...

We had a great family room which had ample space and a good sized bathroom. Christine is a lovely lady who made us feel very welcome and was great with our 3 kids. Also a great location as we could walk into Inverness town centre.

My husband and I, along with our friend, stayed in a family room that was plenty spacious for 3 suitcases and 2 sets of bagpipes! Christine could not have been more welcoming, with a wonderful sense of humor. The location was convenient, a short walk to restaurants/pubs. The full Scottish breakfast was fab! Deb played her pipes for Christine before...
