We travelled to Inverness for a short break and to take part in the Loch Ness Marathon. Brian and Eunice were very welcoming and friendly and made us feel at home - lovely people. The breakfast was very well cooked with good quality ingredients, especially the black pudding and fresh fruit salad. The room was exceptionally clean and tidied up...

We stayed at the Kemps Guest house for 1 night and had a nice warm welcome from Eunice. The b&b is a short walk from the centre so quite conveniently located. We had a good night's sleep and a very nice cooked breakfast in the morning. Would recommend it.

Bedrooms are comfortable and cosy. They are kept in a very clean condition and smell lovely. The breakfast spread is delicious and something I will certainly miss! The hosts are very polite and sweet. We had parking space at the back which was very convenient and there is a supermarket in front for quick supplies.

We travelled to Inverness for a weekend to relax and see the sights. Eunice and Brian made us feel more than welcome from the minute we arrived. Our room was spotless, bright and very comfortable. Although we were close to a busy road, we barely heard anything. We asked for dome recvommendations from Brian for our evening meal. Within minutes...

Eunice is the perfect hostess; very warm and friendly with a spotless home! She made us feel very welcome as soon as we arrived and although she did not provide evening meals suggested a very good place to eat. The breakfast was delicious and plentiful. The lounge very comfortable as were the beds.

Stayed there in August for 2 nights - the room was a bit small and noisy because the B&B is situated nearby a main road - that's the reason I rated sleep quantity as 'average'. But the room was very clean and respectable, the food was great and Eunice and Brian were incredibly hospitable and are very helpful in providing...

I am a solo female traveler, who required a 1-night emergency stay prior to boarding an early flight to get home to the US. Fortunately, I found a single spot at the Kemps', with no previous knowledge of Inverness at all. Eunice was exceptionally kind and assisted me with a detailed map explanation to enhance my 1 day in Inverness,...

I would recommend this place to everyone of you. The rooms were cosy, perfectly clean, nicely decorated and we felt really comfortable, almost like home. Like everywhere in Scotland the rooms are smaller then somewhere else, if you can deal with it you will love it. But you won't be able to find something bigger which is nearly affordable Also...

My experience at The Kemps could not have been better. The rooms were neat, clean and respectable, the food was delicious and the hosts, Eunice and Brian, were incredibly hospitable. They make you feel so comfortable while you're there. It is a warm, friendly place that is absolutely perfect for couples or solo travellers. It is well located just a...
