This was our first trip to Scotland and didn't know what to expect in accommodations. We were thrilled with this small boutique hotel We had a wonderful room with view of the river. But the best part were the owners, Javed and Joan. They were so helpful and friendly, it was like being their personal guests. We highly recommend this...

The accommodation was centrally situated overlooking the River Ness. The room was pleasant and clean and the stay was very comfortable. The owner was particularly helpful and chatty. The breakfasts were good and plentiful with a good variety on offer. Difficult to park the car because of restricted street parking but possible to utilise the church car park a short...

We paid about the same price for a room in this lovely place as you would at the chain hotel just down the road. The rooms were clean and comfortable, with good linens, and the bathrooms are modern and well equipped. Situated next to the cathedral, with lovely views across the river to the castle, it is within easy walking...

We stayed here for a couple of nights, and had a thoroughly pleasant time. The guest house has only twelve or so rooms, and ours had a great view down the River Ness and over to the Castle. The owners and staff couldn't have been friendlier, and were most helpful with advice about where to visit (in the rain!). Excellent,...

I and a friend stayed here when we visited Inverness in November last year for 3 nights. The two owners (I forget your names; it has been a long time! My humblest apologies!) were not only lovely people but also very knowledgeable and helped us plan a number of days activities. The room was lovely, clean and well presented; the...

The room had a beautiful view on the river and the Inverness's Castle. Wi-fi is free and included. The cleanliness is impeccable. The breakfast was...

We arrived late but were warmly welcomed & upgraded to a room overlooking the river! The view after dark of the river lined with lighted trees was truly lovely. Our room was comfortable & the bathroom modern with nice amenities. The service was friendly, professional, & efficient. The breakfast selection was good & satisfying! There's a downstairs parlor where guests...

We stayed here for a single night. The location was perfect, with ample parking available across the street. One of the pleasant surprise was free wi-fi! The room, though small, was adequately furnished with a TV, wardrobe, and coffee maker. Upon arrival, Joan provided us detailed info on what to do in the town & where to eat. This ensured...
