A warm friendly atmosphere with clean rooms and a fantastic central location. Jarvis and Joan have taken care to make sure your stay is, quite simply stress free and hospitable. The breakfast was excellent and the freshly brewed strong coffee a nice touch. Above all the beautiful flowers in the lounge tells you how much they care.

We stayed here having just walked the Great Glen Way and this was our last night before going home. The owners, Javed and Joan made us very welcome. The room was exceptionally clean with a lovely river view. It is ideally located close to loads of restaurants, bars etc. Breakfast was superb. We have no hesitation in recommending this Guest...

The owner receptionist was so completely helpful, friendly and informative that we simply melted upon arrival. Our room had a view of the Ness River. The location is amazing! My wife and I stayed here for one night arriving late in the afternoon with no booking. Javid the owner was really welcoming and very helpful advising a number of choices of restaurants. We stayed here with friends for 2 nights after walking great glen way. The owners were very friendly, welcoming & gave us excellent advice on places to eat & things to do in Inverness. Our rooms were very clean & comfortable with amazing views of the River Ness. Hope to come back.

We stayed here for four nights. It was great! The hosts were friendly and informative. The rooms were clean and comfy. Our room looked out over the River Ness. Perfect! The location was good. We could walk to all places in town. I would stay here again.

We stayed at Strathness house for two night and it was great. The owner is extremely helpful and gave us great advice on attractions to visit and even arranged a rental car for us. The accommodation was very clean and the staff was very attentive to the needs of the guests.
