We have stayed in b & b's in a number of countries but this one is as good as any we have experienced. From the moment we stepped through the door and met Michelle we felt very much at home. Our room was spacious, well appointed and sparkling with a few pleasing welcoming touches. The breakfast menu offered a wide...

This was my second stay at Lynver - the first for my wife - and we loved it! It was everything I reported last time; spotlessly clean, great attentive hosts, excellent location, first rate breakfast - infact I think it was EVEN BETTER than last time! Inverness also threw in a particularly pleasant surprise - 26 degrees celsius! Michelle gave...

...and I couldn't fit in great value, but this B& B has it all. Lynver is just a short 10 minute walk from the centre of inverness in a pleasant quiet area where many large houses offer guest house facilities. Adequate off road parking and well equipt and comfortably furnished quiet rooms and a superb modern bathroom were complemented by...

My husband and I with friends from australia have just had the pleasure of staying at the Lynver Guest House for 3 nights. It is in a very central location being just 5-10 minutes from the city centre. Its actual location is very quiet. Michelle welcomed us on our arrival. Both rooms were very comfortable, well stocked with tea/coffee/hot chocolate...

I stayed a few nights at Lynver Guest House last month with my wife and teenage daughter. The proprietoress, Michelle Williams, was very accomodating in every regard and made us feel especially at home. My daughter had her own room, which she loved, and both rooms had a small refrigerator which was quite convenient (and which I certainly appreciated for...

We stayed at the Lynver one night while driving through Scotland. Michelle greeted us at the door and was very kind and accomodating. Our room was quite large and had, in addition to the double bed, a day bed and a desk with chair. The bathroom was quite large and very modern with every amenity. There was a mini-fridge and...

Located just a 5 minute walk form town, we loved Lynver! Michelle and Brian were lovely hosts making us feel very welcome. Our room was very comfortable, clean and warm and provided for all our needs. One problem when travelling is to do the laundry, laundrettes being few and far between. Hearing of our dilema, Michelle kindly offered to do...
