Great place to stay when travelling in/around Inverness. Located only a short walk away from the downtown area, we were able to walk from the train station while carrying our packs in only about 10 minutes. The hosts were wonderful, sharing tips about great restaurants to visit and things to do around town. Our plan was to hike along Loch...

Lynver House was exceptionally clean and comfortable. Our ensuite bath was modern and spacious. The breakfast choices were extensive and the portions were generous. Michelle and Brian were very helpful with area dining and sightseeing tips and were very gracious hosts.

These people know how to run a B&B! A modern, thoughtful room with a very spacious and luxurious bathroom. An extensive choice for breakfast, the usual high class selection plus herring, a nice touch. Advice on where to eat in the evening lead us to one of the best pub meals of our stay and one of the best selections...

First time to Inverness and I chose the Lynver as my last nights stay. Michelle welcomed me and quickly made me feel right at home. After getting settled I asked for dinner suggestions, which Michelle quickly provided. After picking out the top three Michelle took the time to find me a booking and then acquainted me with the town. The...

I have to admit that I hesitated to book a stay at this bed and breakfast because of the almost exclusively 5-star reviews. I didn't believe that anywhere could be that perfect. I decided to book two nights here anyway. This was our first trip to Scotland and we were celebrating our anniversary. My husband and I had a rough...

This B & B is of the very highest standard. The room was spacious, beautifully laid out, spotlessly clean and everything worked. The owners are very friendly and helpful. The breakfast was generous and with a lot of choice. It is not possible for us to find any faults whatsoever.

The hosts were warm, friendly and helpful, without being overly intrusive. The house is tastefully furnished with a large bedroom and a great shower! Breakfast was excellent, with a variety of choices. Good location, close to downtown, the river and the Great Glen.

Very confortable and spacious room. We're very well received and the owners always showed concern about our satisfaction. A nice breakfast, with quality and with the opportunity to ask for some extras. There are space for 3 or 4 cars in the property. 5mn walk to Inverness center. Very good price-quality relation.
