Really nice hotel well located in Fort William. 10 mins into town. Several hours to Ben Nevis Good breakfast and well stocked bar including rarities like Caol Isla. Not their fault that the weather was too appalling to climb the Ben

My room had a double bed and was nice and clean. The bathroom was also immaculate and the shower water pressure was amazing. The highlight of this hotel was the service, as the manager was extremely helpful and accommodating. I actually mentioned that I had an early train when scheduling my wake up call, and he followed up with a...

We arrived on the Thursday and David on hotel reception advised us that we had been upgraded to a suite. This was very comfortable and a bonus to us. We ate in the hotel and the food was well cooked but the pork chop was too fatty! The chicken was excellent and we both loved the desserts. We were able...

Hotel was clean and in a good location. Perfect for our needs. We spent one night on our tour of the highlands. We ate dinner in restaurant within the complex and enjoyed the food. Friendly service as well.

I have stayed here twice in the last couple of months and have been impressed with the excellent service and quality of food. The manageress, who greeted me on arrival, was working in the restaurant at dinner and then again at breakfast the following day couldn't have been more helpful.

I have recently returned from an overnight stay at the Nevis Bank Inn. I can sum up the entire experience as faultless. Check-in was a delight and I was made to feel most welcome on arrival. The room was wonderful. Modern, clean, and well appointed. I had an evening meal in the restaurant and again the overall experience can be...

Lunch visit on the off chance, early visit very quiet. Service very good and helpful. Starters very excellent and pasta could feed 2. Excellent and fresh would definitely visit again. Haggis starter is very good no fat at all when some places is very greasy.

We stayed here with my disabled father. Our rooms were modern, clean and stylish, although we only had a view of the car park. Dads room was on the ground floor, with easy access to shower. The staff are fabulous, welcoming, really friendly and helpful. We had to book direct with the hotel to secure the easy access room. Breakfast...

This is a modern, clean and comfortable hotel, ideally located just a short walk from the centre of Fort William. As other reviewers have said, what makes it extra special is the staff. They really do understand the meaning of "customer service" and "teamwork" and were without exception friendly, efficient and with a real can-do attitude. We were in the...

A very nice and modern hotel near the center of Fort William. A good base for exploring the area with a good and welcoming restaurant and bar. Very good service in the restaurant. Waitstaff was warm and pretty terrific.
