We stayed at this hotel on a coach trip. It was comfortable, clean and the food well cooked. This was our second holiday staying in one of Alfas hotels and the menus seem to be the same with the only difference being we were offered Haggis one evening as the chef's special and that was very tasty. All the staff...

We stayed at the Croit Anna in May of this year 2015 on an Alpha tour. The service, food and staff were all first class. (Our waitress, Karolina, was cheerful and attentive all the time). The room was spotlessly clean and well maintained. Plenty of wardrobe space and promptly replenished hospitality tray All in all a well run hotel.

My wife and I stayed at the Croit Anna hotel in early May on an Alfa trip. We opted for a room without a loch view and were nicely surprised. Our room No82 was clean and spacious with a newly refurbed bathroom. The bed was comfy and there was enough wardrobe space. The room was nice and warm. The tea/coffee...

After reading some of the reviews on here we could have been put off trying this hotel and we are so glad we ignored the reviews as we had a lovely stay, and found all the staff pleasant and welcoming. We were on a self drive in a group of three. On arrival we were greeted by a pleasant friendly...

Just spent five sunny days in Fort William we stayed at the Croit Anna as part of a package holiday with Alfa coach travel. Our room looked out over the loch. Visited the hotel as part of a coach trip with Alfa Travel. In a party of six, four of us had single rooms containing everything needed, warm and cosy. The food was excellent, loads of choice - a whole page of vegetarian options. Because it was simulating Christmas had a 3 course breakfast, a 3 course lunch and a 3...

The hotel was very clean. There was plenty of food (in fact too much during the festive season) and choices - fabulous! The service was excellent and all Scottish staff. The single rooms were a little on the small side but did have bathrooms, tv etc., There is no view from the single rooms. There is a bus stop out...
