A beautiful guest house with stunning decor , lovely bedding and super comfy beds.
Immaculate throughout.
Our host was there to greet us and extremely helpful.
The only negative was we had a downstairs room which was stunning but heard everything above us including their toilet habits. We were offered earplugs but in future we would request an upstairs room .

We booked a triple room at this guest house as a treat before and after walking Ben Nevis.

The guesthouse is easy to find, located close to the town centre, train station and supermarkets. The guesthouse has free parking.

The host was super welcoming and helpful. The room was fantastic, a large suite with 2 x single beds and a king size bed all within one room. The bathroom was large and contained a shower and a corner bath.

The room was furnished to a high standard, with additional extra touches that made our stay special. Tea and coffee was replenished daily and there were disposable items available in reception at no extra cost (cutlery, plates, ear plugs).

I would stay here again in a heartbeat, we loved the space and would be suitable for friends travelling or families alike.

We were greeted on arrival by a lovely lady who showed us around. We were in a very spacious and spotlessly clean family room on the top floor. We were given plenty of towels,a TV and a fridge in the wardrobe. There was also posh tea and coffee and plenty of it. The bathroom was nice, very clean and big and we had plenty of hot water. WiFi was also spot on.
The room was very hot but a fan was provided but we all slept well in the really comfy memory foam beds.
There was constant traffic noise and noise from other guests downstairs but that is not the fault of the owners.
This hotel is perfectly located near Fort William train station and the town centre.

Great location, very clean and quiet. Also, comfortable beds and good sized bathrooms. We stayed two nights. Quaint downtown Fort William is a 5 minute walk. If you are lucky enough to get tickets for the Jacobite Train then definitely stay here as the train station is also nearby (but you don't hear the train noise in the rooms). No breakfast or food served on premises but it isn't needed as there are so many restaurants close by. Also, free parking. I left my wedding ring in the room and they mailed it back to me in the U.S. and did not charge me--very nice and honest staff!

Coming to Fort William with other family (in other booked rooms in same place). Great location for the station and town centre, free ample parking with good access to rooms, mesh Wi-Fi that covered all rooms, comfy beds, high spec and clean rooms (some smart features, ceiling fan etc). Great for our family of 4. Also great comms from the owner in residence who was happy to help and advise.

Lovely little guesthouse, perfect for a short stay in Fort William. The bed was very comfortable and the room a great size. Check-in was easy and when we thought we might be an hour late after the technical cut-off of 8pm, the owner was completely accommodating.

I can’t say enough about this guest house. It was immaculate and very well located. The fan in the room was a very nice tough (I sleep with a fan year round). The bed and pillows were comfortable and we had plenty of room! Would highly recommend!

Our travel agent booked us here. Its a lovely establishment and the owner is very friendly. During greeting they shared helpful information which was extremely helpful.

Pros
Location is perfect. Close to everything. We were able to walk to dinner and breakfast the next morning.
Room was spotless and comfortable.
We found it very quiet and relaxing.
Convenient parking in the back.

Cons
Just one, 10am check out is too early for us. That is just us though, we are late sleepers., no ding on owners as I know they need time to turn over rooms.
They were nice enough to let us park there after checkout while we explored the town.

Overall we definitely recommend and will stay again, hopefully next time for longer.

This property was fabulous in every way. It was a close walk from the train station in Fort William. Our room was very clean and well appointed. All of the furniture and linens seemed very new. The WiFi was excellent. We were met on arrival by Brandy and with her husband they couldn't have been more welcoming. Being originally from our Native Canada we shared a common bond so to speak.
There are stairs to most of the rooms if that is an issue but for most they are easily navigated.
The property was a nice walk to the mainly car free downtown with all the stores, pubs and restaurants.
We would definitely stay here again and would recommend the place to all.

I booked here as it seemed close to the town and water which it was.
The welcome was warm and friendly and the room was ground floor corner room which was very well presented.
Clean looking and we'll looked after.
Nice big TV, a small fridge, large bathroom and underfloor heating.
The beds were firm so we had a great night's sleep.
The only downside as mentioned before was the noise of room 3 up until 00:15hrs it sounded like they were just wandering about, opening and moving cases and flushing the toilet about a dozen times! So close to knocking the door to tell them to go to sleep, so inconsiderate.
Other than that really happy and we would stay here again.
Just ask that the proprietor looks at carpeting the upper floor rooms to muffle the noise or signs on rooms to say no movement after 11😂
