Liked: Staff were helpful, we went at 12:00- couldn't check in- but the receptionist suggested to leave the bags under their stairs- but we decided to leave them in the car boot. We checked in later at 8:00 pm after Ben Nevis climbing. Location was good- near the High street where all the shops- souvenir, restaurant, bars/pubs, etc. Morrison was...

Nice enough place. Stayed in a single room which was nice and clean with an alright view and only a couple of maintenance issues. Friendly staff. Good for budget travellers who are looking for a decent bed to sleep on.

We booked a little room for a one-night stay in Fort William and it was exactly what we needed. Small and clean, great price, helpful front desk, central location between high street and the train station, good wifi, it ticked all the boxes without going above and beyond.

Never seen such a small room with 4 people - but the beds were very confortable, the duvet was nice and cosy. Reception desk was very nice too and helpful. Laundry services. Shower facilities were very ordinary and so was the kitchen and common area. Super well located and easy to find. Right off the main road.

Short trip up to Fort William and booked here as it was the cheapest I'd seen online. The guy at the front desk was nice, the room was clean and spacious but very dated and basic. Free parking underneath. Would have probably gone for a chain hotel if I'd realised the price was much the same, but no complaints.

Not much to say. Very basic facilities. There are a variety of room sizes so pretty much something for everyone. The staff are friendly and always happy to help and the place was clean and tidy. The showering and bathroom facilities are probably the biggest let down. I understand communal shower rooms but there was only a curtain between the...

Stopped here in September. We had a torrid time getting to Fort William which involved breaking down and having to return home to pick up another car, As this took 13 hours we missed the first night of our accommodation but the Proprietors very kindly waived the fee and we managed to stay an extra night. It is a very...

Good choice to recover after the West Highland Way. Fort William isn't a big shot itself but this lodge is clean and located right in the center of the city. The staff is quite friendly and cooperative. The prices for the rooms are a bit high, though.

The hostel is located on the city center, about 7min walk from bus/train station. The hostel building is quite old so you can see it inside but otherwise it is clean and good place to stay for few nights. I stayed in a 3bed dorm, the room is quite small but cosy. Common kitchen is small so be prepared to...

We were only here for a couple of hours before starting our Three Peak Challenge. Location was great as it was only a 10 minute drive to the starting point of Ben Nevis. There seemed to be a fault with our booking (our booking wasn't in there books) but the gentleman at reception was very calm and nice and managed...
