Given this as a gift and we were really impressed by the accommodation, food and overall experience. Dora ( the owner) couldn't have been more helpful. We stayed in the hotel on the first night where we stayed in a lovely room with Lochside views which were stunning. Sitting outside in the garden, overlooking the Loch on a beautiful sunny...

If in the area, I would recommend staying with Dora at the Myrtle Bank Guest House. Out of the 3 bed & breakfast accomodations we stayed at during our visit to Scotland, Myrtle Bank was by far the best. It also compares very well with B&Bs I have stayed at in other countries. I would recommend the Craiglinnhe Court guest...

Myrtle Bank Guest House was a great place for our whole family. We stayed in June, 2014. The guest houses were both romantic and charming. Service was very friendly. Breakfast was served in a charming dining room. Location was walking distance to the main street with shopping and restaurants.

We loved our 4 night stay here. We had one of the Master Bedrooms with views over the Loch. Believe me - it was worth it. The views are spectacular. You could stay in your room all day - just watching the changing skyline and the water activity. Comfy bed - lovely furniture - lots of room. The ensuite (wet...

Four of us were touring Scotland on motorbikes , spoke to Dora ( the owner ) , who suggested , rather than two rooms in her guesthouse , we could stay in the house , Craiglinnhe Court , next door for the same price . Top class accomodation , great kitchen , bathroom , overlooking loch . Five minute walk...

Lovely breakfast overlooking the water. Loved Myrtle Bank Guest House, loved Fort William!

Unfortunately (though as it turned out, fortunately...) the main guest house accomodation was fully booked for the one night that we needed for a couple and one adult. No problem, they also manage a two bedroom house called Craiglinnhe at the rear of the property... we could use that, if we didn't mind walking across to the main guesthouse for...

We arrived early and our children had been booked in next door, but Dora quickly did a swap and all was perfect. The beds were comfy, the bathroom clean and the welcome warm and helpful. We were starting our big 3 day ride with Macs adventures the next day so a big breakfast was in order. We weren't disappointed, and...

We spent a lovely night at the guest house on July 2nd. Our rooms were very clean and comfortable and the breakfast was delicious. The gardens on property are beautiful as are the views over the loch. The hotel is just a short walk to the shops and restaurants as well as to the train station. I would definitely recommend...
