Might not have found it without my satnav - but rewarded careful search with an immaculate, roomy and welcoming place to relax. A wagtail on the window ledge and a tractor parked outside the spacious bedroom added flavour. Really a very charming stop. Thanks

Dailanna is situated obverlooking Loch Eil and it's a great place to stay with high quality breakfasts, comfy rooms, good beds, and great company with Florence and Andy. And of course if you want the post-office, well they run that too! They also helped us dry some absolutely sodden clothing.

This little gem of a B&B is on the road between Fort William and Mallaig (where you catch a ferry to Skye) just 5 miles from Glenfinnan. ..it overlooks the loch...has offstreet parking...great sitting room with bay windows...the rooms are lovely, fresh & clean with the comfiest beds....the breakfast was delicious (can recommend the Scottish porridge and freshly cooked kippers)...closest... The Dialanna is exactly how a B&B should be. The minute Florence opens her home to you, you start to relax. Our room was lovely. Great beds and a cute old fashioned bathroom. Everything was very clean and charming. There was a fire going, a beautiful view of Loch Eil from the lounge. Florence made us several cups of tea... More

Very friendly, cosy and clean B&B with huge, super fresh breakfast. Adorable Porridge! Could dry all of our very very wet stuff in the drying room. Welcomed with a fresh cup of tea in the lounge with great loch view. Highly recommendable!

The Dailanna b&b was our best accommodation we ever had on our 14 day trip around Scotland. The view to the lake next the b&b is so beautiful. Very friendly hosts and it is highly recommended. Thank you.

We stayed here only one night on our way to Skye. Our host was kind, welcoming and helpful. Our rooms, while not exceedingly large, were clean, nice and comfortable (the latter especially applies to the beds), as were the bathrooms. The rooms are indeed right next to each other along one corridor, but we were not bothered by noise or... More

To be fair we did not choose to stay here- the accommodation was found for us by the B&B host we had booked with, who was unfortunately unable to take us due to the sudden death of her husband. We stayed at 14 B&B's in Scotland during our trip, and this was easily the worst one. (We have Trip Advisor... More

I'm from Australia and this was very welcoming and comfortable. Lots of friendly advice about local attractions, a warm fire and comfy rooms. Would recommend to anyone wanting a quiet retreat away from the bustle of fort William.

This is a little gem of a B&B run by a delightful couple in a lovely location. It stands well off the road from Fort William to Mallaig and is only a short drive from the Glenfynnon Viaduct and National Trust Visitor Centre. There is good off-road parking and the breakfasts were super. The visitors lounge, with woodburner, and conservatory... More
