Stayed in the hotel for a 2 night break over the Easter weekend. I have read a mixture of reviews, but I'm afraid my room was not up to scratch. The hotel is in a wonderful location, but is in desperate need of some modifications and upgrades. I had a twin room at the back, with a lovely view of...

Travelled by train & the Hotel is a short stroll away, overlooking the water the Skye Bridge to the right. Room 112, with superb view, I believe the bathroom has been recently modernised as the delivery dockets are still attached to the toilet. Great walk in shower. You would think on doing the bathroom the room would get a makeover...

Stayed here on 11th March for one night with our two labrador dogs on our return journey from Lewis. On arrival we were greeted by a very efficient receptionist who was very pleasant and welcoming. Our room on the first floor had lovely views towards Skye and although I would agree that the TV and limited channels were dated -...

We spent only 26 hours at Kyle of Lochalsh on a quick trip from our main holiday place of Aviemore. The Hotel gave us a warm welcome on a cold, windy, wet lunchtime, Our room had lovely views over to Skye and was very comfortable. We had 2 lunches, 1 dinner and 1 breakfast and all were very good. We...

I stayed at this hotel for two nights last week on a work trip to Kyle. I can state with some certainty that I will never willingly stay there again. The hotel itself is in a spectacular and convenient location, right on the shore. Waking up to that view in the morning was the best thing about the whole trip....
