We had a wonderful stay at Brighton House. Jock and Joyce are fantastic hosts, going every extra mile to make the stay for their guests as comfortable and enjoyable as is possible, while always providing the feeling of being among friends. Jock’s excellent advice finding the right place to eat or sight to visit made us settle in right away.... More

Brighton House is in Fishertown, very close to the beach in Nairn. I had the sea view room which had amazing views across the links out to the sea. The room was spotless, lovely furnishings & a very comfortable bed. Jock was a very friendly and welcoming host, very knowledgeable about the local area and happy to recommend places to... More

Brighton House is a loveley B&B. It's in the old fishertown, a quiet corner just in front of the beach. Jock was very friendly and helped us with a lot of tips. We asked him for vegan breakfast and it was never a problem and he did all he could to make us enjoy our stay at Brighton House. We... More

This is a first class family run establish In the Fishertown area of Nairn. The room was very tastefully decorated and comfortable with a modern bathroom. The excellent breakfast was freshly prepared and presented.

We stayed in this beautifully restored home in July. We received a warm welcome from Jock who helped us settled into two beautifully appointed rooms. The rooms were clean, the linens were fresh and the beds were extremely comfortable. Jock helped us find a spot for dinner which proved to be delicious. After a quiet and restful night Jock treated... More

We stayed for just one night in this extremely pleasant B&B and promised ourselves the next time would be longer. Everything was perfect: the comfort in the room, cleanliness, breakfast, and above all the friendly hospitality of the owners, who immediately made us feel as if we were at home among old friends. Add to it the beauty and charm... More

Second stay here, this time with family rather than for business. Spotlessly clean rooms, comfy beds and a gorgeous view. Nothing was too much trouble for Jock. He had left a bottle of wine in my room for me (he remembered my favourite tipple) and brought juice up for the girls on arrival. There was loads of wardrobe and drawer... More

A friend and I stayed here 2 nights. Pre-visit email correspondence with host was attentive and helpful. Frankly, a more charming host you will not find. We're history geeks and chatting with Jock and learning about the house and Nairn area was interesting. These hosts have been quite thoughtful in setting up their rooms. And Mrs. McIntosh's shortbread was the... More
