This B&B is set just outside of Nairn, just under 5 minute drive. It is set amongst the country and each morning I was awakened by the sound of birdsong which was a treat. The room was spacious and comfortable and breakfast options were good. The host was friendly, willing and able to offer local advice on places to visit,...

Lovely double en suite with tea/ coffee and breakfast room overlooking mature, eclectic garden towards open valley. Great sleep and wakened with birdsong. Terrific breakfast and superbly friendly, chatty Joyce to take care of all requirements. Terrific value.

Breakfast was very good, rooms were clean and adequate, location was within easy driving distance of town and coast. Joyce was a busy lady but somehow found time to make breakfast, keep things nice and clean, and somehow tend the garden. The garden was incredible with lots of flowers and a nice view beyond. We enjoyed our stay.

We recently visited Nairn to play golf and stayed at this lovely B&B. Our host, Joyce, was very welcoming and kindly took us into Nairn in the evening to the restaurant we were eating in. Our room was very clean with tea, coffee, biscuits and some delicious sweeties. The en suite was roomy and the shower good. The B&B is...

We stayed here for 2 nights whilst touring around the coast of Scotland. Tucked away out of the town centre but easy access to all local attractions. Both of the rooms are on the ground floor with your own access from the garden - no need to go through the proprieters accommodation. Set in a lovely garden overlooking open fields...

We enjoyed Joyce's hospitality in 2012 so came back again this year. The place was just as good as we remembered it; clean, comfortable, quiet and Joyce as bubbly as ever. The B&B is well situated for exploring the surrounding area. It is a few kilometres outside Nairn but that was no hardship with a car. We hope to come...

What a brilliant place! Very clean rooms and bathrooms,a little dinning area overlooking immaculate garden and rolling hills behind, garden itself full of flowers and scents that take you back to your childhood. Nothing better than breakfast outside on early summers morning with blackbirds and thrushes singing in nearby pine forest. Very warm hospitality by Joyce and Norman. Total peace...

My son and I stayed 2 nights at this cozy and friendly B&B. we loved our comfortable and clean room and bathroom. We had many good food items to choose from for breakfast, hot or cold. Joyce made us feel very comfortable and gave us great tips for places to visit. This B&B has the most beautiful garden and property....
