Just back from a weekend in Nairn with our dogs. Whilst there we found the Havelock bar and restaurant. We were made to feel very welcome as we're our dogs. We ate in the bar on two nights. We found the food fantastic, reasonably priced and the service was excellent. Lovely atmosphere and if we are ever back in Nairn...

Our new Head Chef has created an exciting new menu. We're delighted with the quality of food being produced by our new Kitchen team, so it's great to hear that customers feel the same. Thank you for your comments.

Room was lovely and spacious and i had a nice sleep for a change. The food is brilliant, friendly staff and a good place to sit and have a drink with food and chill with music or TV, would happily stay here again, recommended.

Rooms at Havelock are sold on "room only" basis. Breakfast can be purchased from our sister hotel next door (The Braeval Hotel). Breakfast at the Braeval is a full cooked to order Scottish breakfast. We don't provide any pre-packed in plastic food. So, I think you must be confusing us with somewhere else that you stayed in Nairn.

I was pleased with my Room at The Havelock (Room 5), huge 4 Poster Bed, nice big roomy Bathroom, Shower in Bath Tub, so no cramped space showering. Nicely decorated with comfy chairs. My only minor gripes with the room is that the wooden floor was more than a little dusty in places, so not thoroughly cleaned, clean in other...

We booked The Havelock Hotel (a pub with rooms) for two nights, on a room only basis. We were a little early on arriving, but got the car parked in their parking area and checked in immediately. There is no reception as such - you go through to the bar/lounge area, and speak with a member of staff, who checks...

Lovely food. Friendly service. Great place! Nice selection on their menu but I love their specials board - always something different. Restaurant area is an ideal if you want a more relaxed atmosphere. The bar area can be quite busy but a great spot. Highly recommend.

We stayed for 3 nights as we watched the Scottish Open golf. Room was good, staff very welcoming, breakfast (served just 2 doors down at their sister hotel) was very good and the Havelock itself a good pub serving decent food. This is an unpretentious venue that delivers good quality accommodation, decent beers and pub food in a good atmosphere.

Thank you for your comments which are much appreciated. We are essentially a "pub with rooms" but aim to be a good one! I'm pleased we delivered on that.
