Booked Invernairne Guest house as a surprise weekend away for my husbands 65th birthday. On arrival we were dealt with very quickly and shown to our room by Doug who showed us where the breakfast room was etc. We found this stay to be very relaxing, it was very quiet no noise and so peaceful. My husband loved the cooked...

Thank you so much for taking the time to review and for being so kind. Some of the reviews slipped my attention so sorry I didn't reply at the time. We are currently undergoing a dramatic transformation which will see the hotel completely revitalised if you are in the area again please do come and see us. Best, Camilla

We enjoyed our stay very much. It's a neat place with a lit of history. The owners are accomodating and friendly. The location is beautiful. The breakfast was very nice. WIFI would not reach our room. The beach in front of the hotel is pretty and has an enjoyable walk.

We bought the hotel last year and are currently undergoing a dramatic transformation which will see the hotel completely revitalised if you are in the area again please do come and see us. Our wifi system was completely upgraded in the first week of exchange so that should be a problem:) Best, Camilla

We stayed here for one night at the beginning of September, and it was wonderful! The hotel is lovely, typically Scottish. Fantastic views over the Moray Firth, the hotel has a beach at the bottom of the the garden which was great for the dog to stretch his legs on after a long car journey. The host's were so helpful...

We spent 2 nights at the Invernairne and thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Our room had an excellent view of the Moray Firth and we could walk to the beach from the Guest House in a matter of minutes. The room was clean, spacious and well presented. It had an en-suite with a bath/shower combo. Breakfast was served in a nice,...

Stopped here for one night on my way to Aberdeen. It is a grand old building in a quiet neighborhood location. My hosts were most helpful. However, for the amount I paid I must have gotten the smallest room in the establishment. Not that I needed much as I was traveling alone, but it felt a little like being stuffed...

Lovely stay in this charming country house by the sea. Spacious rooms, lovely gardens and plenty of parking space. Doug and Kay were excellent hosts. The well appointed dining room overlooked the gardens and beyond the Moray Firth, which was the perfect setting for a very enjoyable breakfast. No evening meals served, but plenty of choice nearby.

We stayed here for 1 night as we couldn't get booked into our usual golf view hotel for 2 nights. The family room was big, & exceptionally clean. The breakfast was fab (much better than the golf views breakfast!), the view from their breakfast room was stunning, looking out over the moray firth. The gardens were beautiful & there was...

What a wonderful spot, exactly what we were looking for in our trip to northern scotland with our children. Room was large, comfortable, and we were welcomed upon arrival by name. The garden and path down to the water were perfect, and we received a map and several recommendations for dinner. Lastly, we had left some articles of clothing upon...
