Seven ladies had a great stay at this super Bed and Breakfast accommodation. We were welcomed to the house by our host and directed to our two rooms on the first floor. Both rooms were tastefully decorated, well equipped and spotlessly clean. Beds comfortable and we all slept well. Ample tea, coffee and biscuits available in both rooms and toiletries supplied in the bathrooms.
We had to request our breakfast the night before: a great idea to reduce waste and ensure we were all fed promptly at our chosen time.
We all enjoyed our stay and would recommend this guest house to anyone spending some time in Perth. Good bus service into town available from outside house where there are many restaurants to choose from that suits all tastes and purses.

Our warm and welcoming hosts were particularly appreciated after a long drive with a toddler. Jan and John were very helpful in recommending restaurants and providing us with information about nearby attractions. Our room had a lovely bay window, was clean, comfortable and impressively well stocked (for both refreshments and bathroom accessories). The breakfast options were wonderfully varied and we really loved the fresh dessert strawberries.

Thank you for everything! We would definitely stay here again!

Had a fantastic 2 days in guest house, from arriving to leaving John and Jan were the perfect hosts making us feel at home in an instant. John was very knowledgeable in the area for things to do. Room was comfortable and had everything needed in great supply, and if that wasn't enough we had a separate private lounge to chill in. Breakfast was amazing fresh local soft fruits on dining table cereal in abundance and cooked breakfast was all good quality local produce, would definitely go back there.

I have just returned from a 4 night stay on a fishing trip. I had a warm friendly welcome from Jan and John. The room was well presented and clean. It had a tv, fridge, kettle and coffee/tea facilities plus en-suite bathroom. The breakfast arrangement was perfect whereby I booked the first sitting due to leaving early each morning and had an excellent choice of cereal, yogurt and fruit plus a cooked to order breakfast which was superb. All local produce and excellent quality. I look forward to a return trip next year.

We had a lovely stay at Pitcullen Guest House after a long cycle from Edinburgh (also lovely) - Jan and John were the dream hosts, really friendly and welcoming and had everything we needed - including secure bike storage. The room was comfy and breakfast was delicious - with loads to choose from. The covid precautions were well thought through and made us feel safe, without detracting anything. Looking forward to staying again!

Stayed for 2 nights, everything was perfect. The room had everything we could need, there was parking, good location, the breakfast was lovely. But more than this, John and Jan created an atmosphere that felt like being welcomed into someone’s home, where guests talked to each other, which is quite rare for a b & b, we actually went to the races with another couple that we got chatting with at breakfast. Fabulous bed and breakfast

Jan and John are the perfect hosts. This B&B is spotlessly clean and the bed is the comfiest I’ve ever slept in. Lovely en-suite and everything you could ever need was supplied. The breakfast was unbelievably tasty and had plenty of choice. The fresh strawberries and raspberries were delicious. Even in these uncertain times Jan and John made us feel safe at all times. We’ll definitely be back. We wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Pitcullen Guest House. It really is a fantastic place with the best hosts. Thank you to Jan and John from the Lessels

Jan & John are fabulous hosts who ensure that everything is taken care of. I felt safe and thoroughly looked after at all times.

The room (en-suite) was great. Very good facilities and a proper full English breakfast in the morning. Excellent service.

Highly recommended
