Fantastic B&B exceptional service breakfast was fab room size and towels changed everyday really clean .Stuart was great host and nothing was too much trouble, would definitely book again if we visit Perth again. Thank you Stuart for a wonderful experience in Perth. From a night at your b & b to your recommendation for evening dinner. Your welcome was perfect, the rooms great with everything we needed and more. At breakfast another surprise, not only did we receive a wonderful cooked breakfast but the variety and choice of all on offer was amazing....

Booked a last minute day/night away. The Rowanlea Guest House was an excellent choice. Spotlessly clean, very comfortable bed, upgraded free of charge as it was quiet, beautiful room & breakfast was a treat with lots of choice. This is a charming Bed and Breakfast. Everything is really well organised, and designed for your needs. My single room was spacious, and importantly, immaculate. I had a pleasant view set back from the main road, and though Glasgow Road is busy, no traffic noise intruded. The shower room was again excellent, clean towels daily, (if required) and well laid...

The fresh fruit salad for breakfast is special. Very comfortable and clean rooms. Short walk to city centre. The host was able to recommend an excellent restaurant which was nearby and is very helpful.

I have stayed at the Rowanlea several times now. The guest house is absolutely spotless, with comfortable, beautifully furnished and decorated rooms - the attention to detail is fantastic, with lots of lovely 'home from home' touches, including free Wi-Fi. We had a lovely overnight stay with a great room, comfortable bed & immaculate En-suite. Nice touches with tea, coffee, bottled water, biscuits & mints. Needed a place to stay overnight in Perth and found the Rowanlea on trip advisor. Our stay in the guest house was very comfortable and the breakfast was very tasty. we traveled as a couple on 30th of December 2015; owner Stuart is very friendly and lovely man, he gave us all the info and we walked into the room. The room was very clean,nice comfy bed, tv, alarm clock,tea,coffee,hot choc,,green tea etc. The toilet was very clean and nice. We were served the nicest breakfast i ever had, again...
