The exterior is probably more attractive than the interior, slightly dark and depressing feel, could be so much better, expect much more for such a large hotel chain, some investment and renovation wouldn't go a miss.

Having had this hotel booked by my assistant due to travelling on business and her checking this hotel showing great reviews on booking.com and being confident that was booked into an ideal place, I was left somewhat disappointed (as was she after my complaints!).

I was shocked at the cost of drinks at this hotel. for 3 splash of cola I was charged £9.60p on top of the cost of 3 vodka that was £11.60 I small bottle of cola was £2.80p. shocking!!! my advice would be don't buy drinks... More
