I was advised that the Hotel was probably the best in Perth but that it still wasn’t good. However as business brought me to the town I needed to stay and as Mercure is a branded Hotel I gave it a try. The Hotel is very tired, furniture is shabby and the bedrooms very dated.

Thankfully only one night. A cold tired half shut hotel. No restaurant as not enough guests. A room with no heating although moved but cold corridors and common areas. A long wait for a very average breakfast better suited to a transport cafe. Staff doing their bit but a hotel

Have stayed here many times with business (mainly for the location) but the hotel is definitely going down hill. Staff are always friendly but the hotel itself needs serious attention to its facilities with a combination of tired/cold rooms, almost non-existent shower pressure

Arrived on 30th December for a 4 day break with David Urquhart travel,the hotel was lovely, really friendly staff and the atmosphere was fantastic.The Hogmanay Gala dinner was first class and the pipers at midnight was the icing on the cake.All in all a wonderful way to start

Not right in front of the hotel but they have a car park across the road for hotel use. You give your the at the desk and get a code for the barrier to exit.
