Lovely hotel, excellent staff. Rooms are spacious and our bathroom was a good size. John was very helpful and friendly. Great location, 15 Min walk into the city with many restaurants to choose from. Breakfast was really nice. We highly recommend this hotel.

Lovely independent hotel with great rooms, food and service - positioned within an easy walk into Perth City Centre. Restored my faith in the small independent hotel and gave us a great start to our holiday

Agree with the above. Shouldn't be a problem. Also, you are not that far from Edinburgh. But if you rent at Edinburgh, best do it at the airport. It can be a bear driving downtown.
