Stayed in the Timothy Yurt for a night and had the best time. Easy to get find the venue and super clean. The yurt slept 6 with loads of space, all bedding and towels were provided, there was a log burner inside and heater if we got cold. Two cute picnic benches outside next to the hot tub, facing out onto beautiful farmland. Such a peaceful and private place and they have bbqs which means you never have to leave!
The bathroom is shared only with the people you are staying with, it has a large shower and a hairdryer.
We absolutely loved our time here and can't wait to come back!

Our recent New Year's stay at Dovecote Cottage exceeded all expectations, providing a serene and delightful experience from start to finish. The cottage was immaculately clean, reflecting a high standard of hygiene and care, ensuring a comfortable and welcoming atmosphere upon arrival.

The location was simply fantastic, offering tranquility in a rural setting that allowed for a peaceful retreat away from the hustle and bustle of city life. The serene ambiance and the surrounding countryside made for a truly rejuvenating escape.

Communication both before and after booking was seamless, adding to the ease of planning and confirming our stay. Every detail was meticulously taken care of, and the amenities provided within the cottage were comprehensive and thoughtful. It was impressive to find that everything one could think of was readily available, contributing to a hassle-free and enjoyable stay.

The highlight of our experience was undoubtedly the amazing log fire, creating a cozy and inviting atmosphere. The provision of extra logs ensured that we could relish the warmth and ambiance throughout our stay. Additionally, the opportunity to explore the farm through pleasant walks further added to the charm of the experience.

Moreover, the cherry on top was the perfect hot tub, offering a relaxing way to unwind while enjoying the beautiful surroundings.

We highly recommend indulging in the delights of the local Indian restaurant, Chanti, which was nothing short of fabulous. Its proximity and exceptional cuisine added an extra layer of delight to our stay.

Stayed here for 3 nights with my partner and dog. Really reasonable price for our stay considering that it’s pet friendly and has a hot tub. It’s very rural so really peaceful & relaxing but within a 15 minute or so’s drive you can be in Perth or Crieff to pop to the shops. The hot tub still feels private even though it’s surrounded with the other cottages and we didn’t hear any noises from anyone else staying. We used the hot tub once on the first night then couldn’t due to the weather so we were a bit gutted but the cottage has everything you’ll need for a nice relaxed stay. The bath was a bonus as well! Kitchen has everything you need to cook but there are takeaways you can order from really easily! We went a walk round The Hosh at Crieff Hydro which was a lovely walk - there’s lots of places round about to take the dogs so it’s ideal! The parking at Langside Cottage is really tight so if you have a bigger car you’ll struggle to get it in - we only just got in and no more so worth bearing that in mind as I’m not sure where else you can park if you can’t get into the ‘drive’. There’s also no enclosed garden for the dogs - we had 4 dogs from neighbouring cottages come running over to our dog which was really annoying trying to catch them to get them back inside their own cottages. We used a ground spike for our dog but not everyone has that idea! Wouldn’t be ideal if your dog wasn’t as friendly as ours. I’d definitely say fences and gates would be a welcome addition to let the dogs wander without the worry they’ll disappear down the road. Other than that, our stay was perfect and we will 100% be coming back :)

Well firstly I didnt actually get to stay on the trip I had booked! I booked through booking.com for the dates of the 28th of June to the 2nd of July as a family of four. Got this for a great price at £360. Received an email from them last Friday asking me to cancel as there were ongoing renovations (hot tubs being installed) and the dates for my property wouldnt be available as the property would not be ready. Disappointed but understanding I did as asked only to then find the dates I had booked/cancelled for the property I had booked/cancelled was being readvertised on Airbnb for £709!! Also FB page was advertising for people to "book now".
So basically as I had already paid they couldnt ask me for more money so instead asked me to cancel by lying and saying it wouldnt be ready. I wouldve quite happily have not used the newly installed hottub and still had my stay!!
I have messaged and i have emailed Bachilton Farm Holidays and they have ignored me......marvellous way to treat people.

Stayed in the yurts and had the most amazing time!! The staff absolutely made our whole trip. Kev was so helpful and Anne couldn’t have done more for us. They both went above and beyond. We might be back for our wedding 😀

We stayed in the Timothy Yurt and had the most incredible experience from start to finish. Bachilton Farm Holidays were so accommodating to our party from the thoughtful decorations to the free dram upon arrival.

The BBQ and equipment was a lovely touch which made our trip even more special, as we enjoyed dinner together around the picnic tables beside the hot tub.

Less than 30 minutes from Perth but feeling as though we were the only people for miles, we enjoyed the peacefulness in the hot tub where we watched the sunset over the hilly farms and watched the sky turn into a blanket of stars.

The photos of the yurt are deceiving in that there is so much more room than you would expect, we were all pleasantly surprised. We comfortably slept 6 people and still had lots of room to play games and have a dance.

The Timothy Yurt was extremely spacious and clean, with bedding and towels provided. The log burner and heater were well used later on in the evening, but that was all a fun part of the glamping experience.

The bathroom is just beside the yurt and is only shared with your party - which is a nice change from some of the other glamping experiences we've had before. The shower was spacious and warm too, and the hairdryer was much appreciated.

We absolutely loved every minute of our relaxing stay and can't wait to do it again soon. Can't recommend Bachilton Farm Holidays highly enough to anyone looking to get away for a special, affordable weekend as a couple or with a group of friends - or for a blissful weekend alone in the countryside with a nice glass of wine and a book.
