Great hotel, very reasonably priced with excellent service. Breakfast was good with freshly cooked fully loaded Scottish fare. Room was great. Location is perfect for the town or as a stop off. Would book again.

I stayed here on business, most of the hotel was booked up because of conferences that were taking place. Consequently, the only rooms left were ground level. The staff were very helpful and friendly. The hotel has free parking and free wi-fi. The location is good, Tay St overlooks the river and is a two or three minute walk to...

Stayed an overnight, midweek on business. Well appointed room and very clean Ate in the restaurant which was OK. We had dinner but the locals appeared to prefer the high tea with big meringues. Breakfast was good. Porridge very good

The best thing about this hotel is the view, if you are lucky enough to have a room overlooking the river. We arrived to check in, only to be told we don't have your booking, albeit we had email confirmation , luckily they were able to find us a room. No help offered to take luggage up 2 flights of...

At just under £100 for bead and breakfast this hotel does offer good value for money. Do not expect a trendy bright modern hotel but do expect a traditional hotel with squeeky floorboards that rightly prides itself on quality of service. Check in is friendly and efficient and when we went to pay we were told not to bother with...

Very traditional hotel in quiet centre of Perth .Easy acess to shops and beautiful rooms with all the facilities you need. I can't believe this is only a 3 star hotel. I would definitely return. Staff very accommodating and friendly.. Very tasty breakfast with large portions

Had a fantastic spacious room upstairs with a four poster bed. Felt like a suite. Staff great and nice to have bar and restaurant. Close to city shopping. Not much parking space. Tight but got last one at the time. Would stay here again definitely. Look out for one way systems as lots in the city. Nearly came a cropper!
