Brilliant place to stay. the couple are really welcoming but know when to back off. the rooms are beautiful and clean. i don’t normally sleep well when not in my own bed but i had a great night’s sleep. Breakfast is enough to really set you up for the day! i don’t think i’ll need to eat until bed time!

Stayed here for one night to attend a wedding in Perth.
We were very kindly allowed to arrive early to change for the wedding which was greatly appreciated.
The rooms were spotlessly clean and well apportioned with amenities. Nice touch the extra bottles of water as it was a very hot day.
The comfort of the bed was exceptional and very welcome after a night on the dance floor.
Breakfast was again in a similar vein as the rest of the property and to a very high standard. Everything of good quality and generous proportions.
Tracey was a lovely host, very welcoming and could not do enough for us as guests.
The Scotia B&B is a really exceptional ambassador for Scottish hospitality and all at a very reasonable price

On a Land's End to John O'Groats cycle trip, we stayed here for one night following a day's trip through torrential rain throughout the day. Alistair was exemplary in his hospitality and care, helped us secure our bikes safely and even washed and dried our clothing. Breakfast the following morning was fab, plenty of food.

Just stayed the one night and had intended walking into Perth centre for a meal. The weather was so bad Alasdair suggested going over to the local Pepe's for a carry out, which we brought back to eat in the lounge, with plates, cutlery and glasses for the plonk. Brilliant. A real home from home. Wouldn't hesitate to recommend.

So friendly, spotlessly clean and totally COVID safe. Susie and her husband were so welcoming and really had thought of everything. Our room was great and bed really comfy. Despite being on a main road there was very little noise in the room at all. Really really recommend this place.

Arrived at this immaculate B&B to a very warm welcome from Alistair and Skye. The room itself was immaculate and there were all the facilities we could wish for. Both Suzie's and Alistair's interaction with us was perfect. We knew they were there I'd we needed anything but they totally respected out privacy. It felt like home from home.
The breakfast was delicious we cannot fault this hidden gem and would totally recommend anybody to stay here.
Thank you very much.

What a lovely stay! Scotia was in a perfect location for a local event I was attending. The room was spacious and extremely clean. The very comfy bed and a warm shower was a perfect end to long day. Woke up to a fantastic breakfast, ranging from a full Scottish to yoghurts and cereals, Tracey was a warm and bubbly host, and will definitely be staying here when I'm up for an event again!

Such a lovely B&B, beautiful kept building run by a lovely couple who couldn’t be more friendly and helpful. Would definitely stay again and highly recommend. The room was warm and comfortable and breakfast was delicious. My room was overlooking the main road but no problem with noise whatsoever.

I stayed here for 4 days with work and found the B&B outstanding. They accommodated my works van with parking with no hassle at all. Alasdair & Suzie are exceptional hosts and nothing is too much trouble for them.

The rooms are immaculate and the breakfast is one of the best I’ve had.

Thank you for having us, we will have no hesitation in booking with you in the future, should we work in Perth again.
